Best retail customer experience - I wish they were all like this
I ordered a 40 cm Oyster Ceiling light and cycled to their Seaford warehouse to pick it up. Patrick was friendly and easy to deal with and even made a strapping handle for the box so I could bike home with it hands-free. I realised when I got home that the light was too big and I needed a 30 cm light instead. Unfortunately Patrick didn't have any of that size in stock and he tried his best to find similar-design alternatives with no success. He was more than happy to give me a full refund, once the light was returned. The refund was received really quickly. I'd happily return as a customer if I ever need new lights in the future. I wish all vendors were this enjoyable to deal with. 5 star service for sure.

Gorgeous feature to kitchen!
I had been eyeing off these pendants for some time, amazingly there was a sale and I got 3 for the price of 1! They look incredible, I’m so happy! When they arrived one of them had shattered glass so I contacted in2 lighting and they sent out a brand new pendant straight away, no fuss.

Easy to deal with and great product
Great customer service, really fast postage to regional Vic and a really competitive (read - bargain) price point compared to other stores both bricks and mortar and online. The online store experience and check out was smooth. The lights were safely packaged and are now fitted. They are perfect for where I needed them so that's a tick of course but I will wrap with a final word on customer service - excellent!

My order came without globes
My order came without globes.
When I've received and checked the order and find out that there are no globes in all of them, I've sent them email and I've called in2 Lighting twice, all of the calls unanswered and goes to voice mail.
NOTE:
Since I've posted the review, I have spoken to Nick and he has sent the LED globes. Nick explained that it was a genuine mistakes. I have received te globes today.

Light with no switch!
The lighting arrived on time. There is no instructions which is fine BUT we couldn't see any switches attached to the light. Where do you turn it on and off.
Also, there is no contact phone number or email to make any enquiries OR where to return the product if need be.
Very frustrating.

Sorry to hear about your frustrations. We are very confused, A Wall Lamp/Light doesn't have a switch the specifications on our website don't mention a switch. Also, we don't supply install instructions because these fittings are only meant to be installed by a Registered Electrician, not by a customer.
