Had exactly what I needed at a good price
I needed 3 tires for a mobility scooter. To order on line I needed to order a pair which gave me the second tire for a discount and a single at full price. I asked if I could get the third tire at the discounted price in the special instructions section. I recieved a confirmation that I would within the day. My credit card was credited soon after.

Concern for their customers
Was surprised and glad when I received an email notice from IndeMedical asking to verify my order as my billing and shipping address were different. I never received a communication like that before from any online retailer. IndeMedical was making sure that the order placed wasn't a fraudulent order, no doubt protecting me and them. When I followed up with them via phone, I spoke with Nick who not only processed the order, but also thoroughly explained to me how to install and operate the medical equipment that I ordered. More businesses should be this concerned and conscientious about their customers. Way to go IndeMedical!

Bad Experience
I ordered McKesson urine left bags #37-2845 (order no. 9201) and when the shipment arrived it raised these points:
1. The reorder no. 37-2845 did not appear on the individual packaging as it does on valid McKesson products.
2. Your packages had a printed warning that the bags contained a chemical known to cause cancer. No such warning was ever present in any of my earlier bags purchased from another supplier.
3. The box of bags came repackaged in anther box labelled Fragile and surrounded with bubble wrap. Urine bags are not Fragile nor do they have to be shipped protected with bubble wrap.
4. Attempts to contact you by phone could never reach an actual person.
I think you are shipping a knock-off product that might also be harmful.
I would like to get my money back if that could be arranged.

John and I spoke many times since 1/9/15 to resolve any issues and below is a recap of our findings, email conversations, and direct answers to each point raised.
1. McKesson initiated a label update in Aug which changed the part number of there Leg Bag from 37-2845 to 4605. They regularly update their product information and packaging for various internal reasons.
2. These Leg Bags have DEHP in the tubing and injected component. Di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) is a cost effective general purpose plasticiser which is used mainly for making PVC soft and pliable. It is also known as di-octyl phthalate (DOP) and is widely used in Medical products. This information has been included on the new label along with the updated part number.
3. The Boston Distribution Center was at full capacity and working around the clock on New Years Eve when your order shipped. The contents of the package may not have been known to the individual shipper and standard packing/shipping procedures had been applied to all shipments leaving the facility.
4. Our Call Center is located in Scottsdale, AZ and is open from 8AM-4PM Arizona time. Inbound calls are routed to the next available representative. If your call was not answered then all agents were on the phone or it was after hours. I sincerely apologize that your message was not returned in a timely manner. Phone records indicate that a call was made to you but the rep. confirmed they did not leave a message.
Your credit card was credited in full on 1/9/15 and copy of our internal receipt was emailed to the address provided on 1/15/15.

We ordered 3 items less than a week before Christmas. Price was a little better than the competition and they had all the items we wanted in stock. The order arrived within a couple days. Better quality knives than we had expected.
