Have used this product before and have never had a problem with it and the shipping was excellent.

I started ordering from IndeMedical.com because of the prices - syringes, needles, and catheters are all half to a quarter the price of buying them at my local pharmacy or medical supply, and their selection is much better. Need a 60 ml catheter-tipped syringe for doing bladder instillations? Good luck at the pharmacy (at least mine), but IndeMedical has them in stock.

Now that I've ordered from them a few times, though, what keeps me coming back is the customer service. Their website is great and it's easy to find what I need, my orders have so far all shipped the same day, and there's never been an error or hiccup. Their communication is great, with an order acknowledgement and tracking information when the order ships. It seems like small stuff, but the sort of personal communication that I get from them really makes the difference between a mediocre experience and such a good experience that I want to write a review to share it with others. :-)

Let's be honest you can get medical supplies from tons of companies so me it all comes down to Customer Service. Well let me tell IndeMedical.com's customer service is not to be beaten. From getting information on products to getting quotes and shipping notice with follow up on products. Love this company!

The shipping was extremely fast and the transfer bench I ordered was exactly what I needed.

I have used IndeMedical.com twice to buy a health product. Both purchases were easily and rapidly fulfilled. Product was as described.

I ordered my items with plenty of time for my order to arrive. As it turned out, they shipped them so quickly I could have waited at least a week and would still have had them in time.

I have purchased catheters from IndeMedical for a year now and am very happy with the product and the service. I have found their prices to be the best and even if they cost a little more it would be worth it just because of the service. Anytime I have a question or request they answer quickly and courteously. Shipping is very quick, recently 2 days, which is great because it resolves any worry that I might run out. I was going on a trip and got invited last minute and I just added a note to my order and little did I know they called me saying that they be sending it out right away.. But I did not expect to get it next day.. They must have a warehouse near me..

We have done two orders with indemedical and been impressed both times. The items always arrive in 1-3 days and the order is correct. The items we order are also cheaper by 10-20 cents per item with indemedical.
