They are a total scam!!!!! Do not order from them. I plan to take legal action!!!! I ordered three items and an EMPTY UPS BAG was delivered.

DO NOT trust you will ever receive your order.

Indiefit did not provide a confirmation email after I ordered and paid in full. This leads me to believe that they are scam artists. I emailed all of their emails (of which there are many) and received absolutely no response. I had gone ahead and sent it to the PayPal resolution center. I don't have time to waste with them.

Well I shall never order from these again, they advertise clothing for the nature woman, the designs look great on the model, unfortunately that's as far as the good experience goes, the dresses I ordered were of a very poor quality and didn't look like the product on the model, the dress was for 18/20 it was actually more like a 14/16, I asked to return them and then all day I've been sent emails offering me money off if I keep the dresses, they say I have to return them to America at my expense but when I ordered them they advertise them being shipped in the Uk, this is one big rip off company, lies and deceit, so please be warned don't make the same mistake I did.
I did eventually get a full refund after lots of emails back and forth.

I had ordered a dress the day before but, sadly, had a change of circumstance, so had no need for it. I emailed them to see if there was any chance of cancelling, not really expecting them to. However, they responded quickly and refunded, as processing had not yet begun. Very happy with this service.

Purchased a number of clothing items from indiefit.com. Wish I had read reviews first.
I did not receive a valid tracking number. Parcel arrived with no return address.
All items were of a very cheap material and poorly made.
I contacted the seller and advised I wanted to return items for a refund as per their policy.
Their reply was for me to keep the clothes and they would give a very small refund.
I have no faith in them at all and I doubt a refund will arrive.
I am taking action through other means.
Please do not buy anything as really poor quality.

I ordered a dress that did not fit and have emailed for weeks trying to attain details how to return. Website states they must send the details to you prior to returning. I cannot get anyone to respond. Took weeks to receive the dress and now weeks to receive a response- still nothing!

Ordered dress 07/06. Arrived 22/0/2022. Supposed to be cotton blend. Think fully polyester. Fitted but not the style shown in the original picture.
Very disappointed and expected there to be a problem getting a refund. was offered $15 refund, but declined and asked for the full amount less the 10% restocking fee. Refund provided within 24 hours. Thank you Indiefit for exceeding expectations for customer service.:)

I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering 2 weeks ago. No email confirming when I ordered them (receipt from PayPal tho). Not holding my breath as to when, and if, I receive my orders. Can’t believe I was so dumb.

I actually love the t-shirts I ordered except for the fact that they were supposed to be 60% cotton, but there is no tag that shows the fabric content, and I doubt there is any cotton involved. The dress is cheaply made. And of course, as I should have known, the items were all made in China! I have learned my lesson. Instagram should not allow these kinds of companies to sell their products!

The company name on Facebook is Deuyo. Don't order from them! One dress never came and, the other was too small. Huge back and forth over exchange and refund! Then, the sent a dress in the size they said they didn't have...after I told them I didn't want any of them. They also want customers to pay a $14.99 freight fee for return. Scam...beware!!

I placed an order for $199 . When the goods arrive they were of shocking quality fabric and the designs were nothing like I ordered .
I contacted the company and was offered $140 and keep the goods . I refused saying that I wanted a full refund. I was then offered $160 and keep the goods and finally after refusing that one I was offered a final offer of $170 and keep the goods .
As I explained I was totally appalled at the goods received and wanted to return and have a full refund.
I was asked for prof of posting which I sent asking for the postage also to be refunded as I feel the goods were not as seen ... I waiting to hear from them ... !!

I just want to return my merchandise and I want a refund. I purchased a dress which looked beautiful on Facebook but It is not big enough for me so I would like to return my purchase. Can you help me?

Took a month to arrive. I tried to cancel before the items were shipped but no response. Some email addresses don't work. The company uses several names including Dressfashion and Browwin. When items came, fabric is cheap -- thinner than PJs. Patterns don't match and dresses fit like tents. Asked for return authorization but they will not provide. They first said "donate" then "keep for $65 credit" (nearly $300 order.) I started a dispute with my credit card. They asked me to stop the dispute with Paypal where I ordered.

Ordered 2 dresses from "kulof" off Instagram or Pinterest. Dresses took over 2 months to arrive, after sending several e-mails asking when they were shipped, with no replies. They arrived...poor quality and wrong size. Way too big for my body, after I sent my measurements and bought the size they recommended.
"No Hassle " refund, HAH! They refused to send me the return information, and then offered me $13 to keep them. I paid over $80USD. After I refused the $13 they offered me $30. Then I agreed to have them send me a smaller size, and they followed up with...send $16.99 to pay@indiefit That's not going to happen. I guess I got ripped off. Sneaky to change the name of the company so that all the bad indiefit reviews don't show up.
Last time I buy anything online. Chinese scammers. Disgusting.

I am disappointed in this company, as I placed an order for $111 specifically for an event, then after about a week, I realized the order would not arrive in time for the event. I contacted them via email to cancel since the items would not arrive in time, but someone named "Sara" offered me a $6 discount to keep the order. I told her I was not interested in a $6 discount and asked her again to cancel my order, but it was not cancelled. I finally received the items almost two weeks too late and I'm highly disappointed in the quality of the clothing and it would probably be a huge headache to try and return the clothing. I dialed the customer service number listed, but of course, there's no answer. I would never order from this site again, nor would I recommend it. I hope this helps someone avoid the headache that I and others have encountered.

DO NOT BUY! NOTHING FITS AS.IT SHOULD, THEY DO NOT RESPOND REQUESTING RETURN INSTRUCTIONS.

Dresses took 3 weeks to arrive and were see-through and terrible quality. Spent a week trying to get a return address from them. They kept offering to send me $30 if I would just keep the dresses. My order total was $153. They finally sent me a shipping address and the items were returned and they only refunded me $73. I started a resolution dispute with PayPal and they offered again to send me $30 if I would keep the dresses.
In addition, if you try to put a bad review on their website, they will send you an email to "verify" your review and if you click on the "verify" button you get signed up for some subscription. So, none of our bad reviews will ever show up there since I'm not falling for a 2nd scam.
These people are terrible and need to be shut down.

Worst experience ever. Purchased $200 worth of clothes and received horrible copies of the photos. Was offered a $12 refund. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF SHOPPING HERE!
