I am the wife! The two piece outfit I bought in a Medium, because the style was very loose in appearance. The pants fit but the top was too small. I heard back in 24 hours after requesting an exchange vs. refund. For $15 I am getting another in a large size and I can keep the medium. I fit in the other two items. I agree that the material was thinner than expected, but not see-through and I like it! The refund information is one the item page when you scroll down. I always keep my emails, which include the payment info! The items are made in China.

The clothing was not even close to the pictures. I should have known but couldn’t resist the items looked so cute. The material is HORRIBLE - the fit is even worse. The design/style not even close to what the pictures look like. I am trying to return the items and get my money back but no response so far.

Do not order from this source. Really cute styles…..BUT SIZING IS WONKY. I ordered three items…only one fit. Did not want me to return return as “postage too high” and offered a pitanance return of my costs. No resolution after much back and forth. This “company” is not trustworthy. I fear the also operate under other names. My mantra…NO MORE ORDERING FROM OUT OF COUNTRY!!!!!

Do NOT order from this company. I ordered a dress 10 days ago and billed to my PayPal account. I was charged for the dress but have never received. No way to track the order....just refers me back to PayPal. I have tried to email but no response. I guess I just got scammed for 76.00.

I placed an order with what was advertised as an America Company. Indiefit says their clothes are all made in South Carolina. That is a lie. The items are most definitely shipped from China-the packaging is labled in Chinese. There is not packing slip. No order number. I ordered two items, advertised together, in Large. One fit. One did not. Just try to return for an exchange! As is typical of Chinese companies, they tell you to keep the item and pay more on PayPal to ship a replacement item in the different size. I used my measurement to order and the items vary in size tremendously. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING ON SOCIAL MEDIA SITES AND FEEDS!

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. They are terrible. Quality zero, customer service zero, punctuality zero. I received my order 2 months later. They sent the order to a post office 40 minutes away from my home without any notification on their side. When I tried to return the order, they suggested "I donate the order to a women's shelter". What a lack of ethics and poor service.

I ordered from Keppel but on my billing it turned to Indiefit I ordered 3 dresses and thank God I only got two but they were ordered in May for my trip to Tennessee for most of the month of July. When I left July 3, 2025, I still had not received the dresses. Now, I have no need for them and I tried to return but was only offered $30. for my purchase of $104.98! These dresses remain unopened.

I paid nearly $300 for blouses and only two fit. They refuse to take returns. On the website it says they are a U.S. family owned business but it is really china. I have never been so angry for falling for this scheme.

Like many who have given a negative review, I got scammed. It’s going over 3 weeks now and I am still waiting for the items I paid for. This is the response I received. I suspect this is not a US based company, as advertised.
“ Sorry for keeping you waiting. Due to some reasons, the shipment gets delayed. Tracking information is not updated timely.

Please keep waiting patiently, or you can contact us next week to have a check again, thank you.”
I demanded a full refund.

Going on over 3 weeks and nothing, order not received, i believe this is a total scam, I would not recommend at all.

Dress was nothing like the picture, cheap and fits weird. They offered me $8 to keep it!! Then upped it to 15 which I doubt I’d even get. Do not order from them

I regret buying from this company. The size chart is way off and they are not responding to how to return my item. Material is very cheap. I paid $98 for 2 items that I cannot wear. No response from seller. DO NOT BUY. I give 0 stars.

I ordered outfit which the fit was bad and fabric terribly cheap for 70.00. They offered me $12 instead of a return because postage is "toooo expensive". Do not order if there is any chance of a return on purchasers part. I had to eat $58 on a terribly cheap outfit and ju
st donated it to a thrift store.

Wow!! I must be one of the lucky ones, considering some of the other comments, b/c my order came w/in 2 wks & I am in LOVE w/ this dress!! I am a short, little woman & the small fit is Perfect & it looks GREAT on!! Thank you! I do hold my breath when ordering off of FB ads & always use PayPal to order. Again, it's a WOW from me & another Thank you for the gorgeous dress & fast shipping!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM do not buy anything from them! I bought a dress. It arrived nothing like described. I asked for a refund. They negotiated lower amounts than what I had paid. When I returned it no refund was issued. so they kept both the dress and my money. Their excuse - their timeframe for returns is 30 days!

Cheap quality material, poor customer service and they will not honor a refund. Don’t buy from this company.

This company sucks. They play games with you and your orders to try and make money on their awful merchandise that is misrepresented online. Don’t be stupid and fall for their scams!

Horrible experience. Ordered a red top for my wife for Xmas. The one that I received was orange. I contacted customer service who refused to return or exchange or refund my purchase. They made me send pictures of it as it was still unopened and still refused. Stay away from this vendor.

company sends info to carrier 1st day of order and charges your account. doesn't actually ship for 15 days. no response to emails and no phone number to contact. pitiful.

Ordered not realising non uk sourced , took weeks to come. When arrived very poor quality and fit , requested refund will only refund 50%. Do not use
