Absolute scam. Do not purchase from this site. The items are misleading on the site and then they refuse refund or return. Avoid at all costs.

I placed a order weeks ago and now no one will respond, they don't give you a confirmation number, so there is no way to track your order. This company is a scam, they state the items are from the USA, but they are not. This is fraud!

0 is too good for them! Total skam site.
Merchandise sent is appalling and nothing like they advertise. Getting your money back a nightmare! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Terrible disgusting company. They’re thieves and a scam. I ordered $500 worth of winter wear from them and couldn’t even get a courtesy email of confirmation. I have emailed them severally in regards to my order and no response whatsoever. They have literally stolen my money, I’m now trying to get PayPal to help me unfortunately.

This company shouldn’t even be allowed to advertise anywhere. The items I ordered were not what I ordered. I contacted them for a return and they said they don’t accept returns unless it’s a quality issue. They offered me $20 and keep the items. I told them no because it was a quality issue. The items are not what I ordered. They then offered me $40 and keep the items. I told them I didn’t want their items. I filed a report with PayPal and had to settle for $58 out of the $80 I ordered.

If I could rate zero stars I would. They advertise under multiple names, and their product is not as shown on the website. They claim easy return and instead you have to go back and forth to try to get a refund. I finally gave up and accepted $30 back of the $58 they owe me, just to be done with them. The are false advertisers, and their stuff is made in China, despite their claim it’s from the USA. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered 3 items from this company. I wanted to return 1 item. It was very difficult to find their email address but when I did they were quick to respond. They offered $10 off and for me to keep the item. I explained the item did not fit and I would like a full refund. They offered $20 off and to keep the item or return at my own cost for a full refund. It would have cost me $20 to send it back so I opted for the $20 refund. I will not be purchasing from this company again and I do not recommend this company either, as the quality of the products are not great. Other companies send a pre-paid return label and I feel that is something this company should have done as well.

This company WILL NOT ANSWER ME! I wanted to return one of the four items I ordered. They never sent me a confirmation email and I've written them and posted on their chat NUMEROUS times and they only a answer to contact customer service at the email address I've already emailed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Horrible company! Do NOT buy from them, clothes are not as appear on photos, sizes run smaller and it’s impossible to get a full refund back. Spent over $100 and the wanted to refund $15. Yep that’s right! They keep playing games. After 20 emails fighting with them, I still cannot get them to give a full refund. They are scammers!!!

I purchased a dress size Med. I received a Small. The company wouldn't let me return it, but instead charged me $14.99 to send me a dress size medium. I paid the money and received a medium. The medium dress was EXACTLY the same size as the small. I measured the two dresses and sent photos to the "Care Team". Instead of a solution they claim that their size chart is accurate to 2cm. Their size chart showed a 2" difference in sizes. False advertising. Their solution was for me to send another $14.99 for a replacement with NO assurance that the size would be correct. AND, no apology. Total RIP OFF

I wish I could rate this a zero. I feel like I’ve been scammed. Saw a lovely jumper on Insta so ordered it. What a mistake. Have had to haggle for a refund (with a bot) didn’t get a full refund but get to keep the crappy product. The company refused to give me their refund policy. I am sure this is not in line with consumer policy. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CHARLATANS.

This company advertised "made in USA" and accurate sizing. Both were false. My dresses arrived and fit like a sack. No documentation was included in the package, I had to search for an email to request a refund. After several emails I had to settle for a partial refund. Stay away fro this company.

The goods are not what I ordered. Led to believe cotton and silk. Nasty synthetic. The print is not woven but stamped. The colours are incorrect and sizing, huh. Bought a size larger than I wear because I like loose clothes. They are too small.

US $90 offered me to keep the tops and US $20.
Said couldn’t wear as too small and wouldn’t wear them gardening.
Offered US $45 keep the tops.
The offered AUS $45 keep the tops.
Finally a refund not including US$14.99 postage. When I argued for postage,their offer is back toUs$20 on the grounds they only pay postage on faulty garments.
Shame I hadn’t read these reviews first

Terrible quality and fit, no email order confirmation. Had to send an email to request a refund. Based on other reviews it is unlikely that I will hear back from them. I should have known better!

Amazing. Really should have known better. Received the $40 sweater, which was beautiful, but the sizing was totally wrong. Asked for a refund and they offered me $15 and you keep the sweater, then $25 and you keep the sweater and finally $35…and you keep the sweater. Incredible. I’ve never had to bargain for a refund before and now I have a sweater I can’t use, but at least I got MOST of my money back.

This is not a South Carolina company. I ordered on Sept. 8th, received Sept. 20th. The items packaging said, "Made in China". My first clue should have been the US flag icon w/USD written beside to cart icon. You can only exchange for merchandise. "Pay USD$20 to our PayPal account.", which is not paypal, then "After you make the payment, take a screenshot and tell us then we will arrange the shipment as soon as possible." Buyer Beware

Don’t deserve one star,bought one dress too small,no address to return,kept sending me dresses and charging me,biggest scammers ever

Ordered in Jan, not delivered by July. Contacted them and they don’t refund after 6 months. Said to contact bank.

Very rude Service. The dont accept free Returns like the offered. I should send the item one time to new york and one time ton dubai. they only react when threatened. Do not buy anything in this Shop.
