I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased. They definitely weren’t made in South Carolina as stated. Quality is not as expected and sizing is off.

I like their dresses however when I asked for exchange they gave me a PayPal email which is always a red flag for scams. Indiefit is located in China according to internet listing. They lied about being located South Carolina which is why I ordered from them. The dresses absolutely fit like clothes from China, i.e. too high for my average bust and waist line. Every bag of each piece of clothing I ordered clearly said, made in China."

Website gladly accepted payment for items ordered through PayPal but items never received. Out 168.00!

Dresses were crazy small and ordered XL. No way to get a refund.

I purchased 2 sweaters. And both completely different from photos!!! They used print instead of make a design with knitting!!!! Disgusting!! And I send a email to ask refund but they even don't give me any replay!!!! Just please refund $160!!!

I am not sure I can even give them 1 star. They said SC company…NOT. Not made there. Sizes way too small and then they want me to pay them thru PayPal which I won’t be doing in particular because they said they would send new ones “in time” unbelievable I guess I am out $100

So disappointed. Can't believe I tried to help out a local SC store. They are in Instagram as
Rutave. They advertise as a SC store now. The dresses I bought were disappointing - way too thin. although they advertise as quality guarantee, fast shipping, easy returns & Facebook Certified. They refuse to give me a refund for the whole amount for the dresses. I was willing to ship them back. So very sad that other take advantage to hard working people. : ( Makes me not want to buy online anymore. May 19 was the initial purchase. Still dealing with trying to get a refund.

I order three shirts. They are way to small and poor quality. Said they were made in South Carolina, which they were not. I asked how to return. They told me to keep them and they would send me the larger size if I pay THEIR PayPal account $20.00. I am certainly not putting my credit card on their account. I guess I'm out $114

Another person scammed unfortunlety - DONT BUY FROM THEM

First of all, the website claims all clothes are made in South Carolina, USA. I should have done some research and I would have seen Hong Kong, China is the real origin.
The dress is misshapen. It has a flowy bottom portion but the top portion was cut so small, it doesn’t make sense. It is not like the picture AT ALL. Now they are saying I don’t need to send the dress back and they will send me $12. Ummm, no!

This company is a total scam. I ordered after seeing lovely items on social media. I did my research and the site said items were made and shipped from the USA, South Carolina. Wrong. The PayPal transaction later reflected a Chinese persons name. The bag arrived with Chinese writing and a label smacked over the original label from Joe Doe. Items were cheaply constructed with poor material and wouldn’t fit a Barbie doll. I have sent several emails asking to return the items for a refund. First email asked if I would accept larger sizes. Second if I would accept $22 and keep the items. I declined and said I wanted to return the items for a full refund. I intend to keep pursuing. This company lied. Clearly another scam out of China. Hundreds of similar reviews. This is NOT the name of the company I ordered from. The online site is no longer up. They have stopped responding to me. I’m just out $80.

They suck and won't let you return anything.

Dress arrived, however fit is not what I expected (sleeves too small for body of dress size).
Material certainly doesn't present as per photograph - my expectation was a sophisticated boho dress.
Have email and requested refund transaction number and address to forward.

I cannot return a dress that does not fit . They say they will return but don’t want the dress back and are offering me $15 for a purchase I made of $68! Do not buy anything from them

Ordered over $100 of clothes - never got a confirmation email so emailed the company twice, after no response I went through PayPal and they finally got in touch to say please be patient. After another week I emailed again and again no reply - went through Paypal again and once again told to be patient and wait until the following week (when it was too late to escalate through PayPal) I didn't take the chance and escalated it - I got a full refund thank goodness - so highly recommend PayPal but beware of Indiefit as they are no more than scammers!

Poor quality. Not as pictured. Reading the reviews I am not going to try and return the clothes. I'll give them to charity.

Looks like after reading the reviews here I see that I may not receive a refund unless PayPal will be able to help me. I ordered two dresses and I want to return one of them because it does not fit right. I sent them a request asking for the return address, shipping label and I was met with bartering offering me $15 so I sent another email and another email. All together 5 emails and still they are playing games with me. I have submitted a dispute through PayPal and I am hoping now something can be done. I do like the light material used for the dresses, good for hot days but if the dress doesn't fit me then what good is it? I will never buy online again unless it is with a reputable seller. I bought these dresses through another website which is the same as Curyw, Indiefit, Dress fashion and whatever other names they have come up with to hide their devious scams behind.

Terrible company.. clothes expensive, poor quality and no response to send them back.

I ordered a dress on facebook from arnuz.com. AKA Indiefit. When I received the dress, it was small and of such horrible quality. The material was cheap and very thin. I went to their site to see how I could return the item. After looking for a phone # or address all I found was a service email. So I emailed them to get the return number I was informed I needed to return the product on their site. They replied to my email and offered me 11 dollars to keep the dress. When I told them I didn't want it, they replied offering me 20 dollars to keep it. I informed them I wasn't interested in bartering with them to please just send me the return number and address. I am still waiting for a reply. They are probably waiting for the 30 days to expire so they can refuse my return. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AS THIS IS A HUGE BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM!!!
