Size not right. Definitely not small. Material cheap and shoddy. Expected linen.

Purchased a dress from this company and I wanted to return but their website isn't user friendly and doesn't have any links to guide you. Their products comes without a packing slip and trying to contact them via email is impossible as their website is blocked

Avoid at all costs. Quality of items is very poor, No packing slip or receipt provided. You have to email them to initiate a return. They offered me $16 to keep poor quality items they charged me over $100. Total scam.

Stay away from this "Dress Fashion" Indiefit company! The clothes they ship from asia to usa are not the same items pictured in the advertisement. Then, there is no return address so I'm stuck with 3 pairs of pants and a sweater that are cheaply made and not true to size.

After looking this company up & reading these reviews I was so sure I had been had & so annoyed with myself for ordering.
But everything arrived & it is nice quality. Fits true. Packaged nicely. The tracking was terrible & caused distress, but 10days it arrived.
Fashion Design /Indiefit? Idk seems to be the same- additional confusion. But happy to say- all good!

I order from Ryabe and it took a lot longer than five to 12 days for the clothes to arrive. they were too small and they didn't want to refund my money. They wanted me to pay $15 more dollars to get one of the items in a larger size. Do not buy from these scammers.

This company is bad news, accepts returns only for damaged clothes. If clothes do not fit, you cannot return.

This blouse took several months to get and was clearly from China due to the writing on the package - not from the U.S. The shirt was of poor quality and way too small. After sending six emails they finally told me that if I gave PayPal another ten dollars they would send me a larger shirt. Interesting that PayPal will not take money to send to them anymore - maybe too many complaints. This is just another SCAM from China. Should not be allowed on Facebook. Do not order anything from them.

Do NOT order from this company... they will take your money and never send the item and than tell you it is to late for a refund. Horrid, Horrid company...

This place is a scam. Product is poor quality and customer service makes it impossible to get a refund. Don’t waste your time or money with this company

The clothes are smaller than advertised. I wear a large so I ordered an xxlarge. It was too tight in the chest. It takes too long to arrive and returns are a waste of time. But the items do look nice.

SCAM- DON'T BUY ANYTHING OFF THIS SITE. The only reason this is one star is because it won't let me do zero or negative stars. The sweater I ordered looks nothing like the picture and it's a piece of CRAP that I would never wear. Took forever to get the delivery and even though I have asked numerous times for a full refund they won't do it, and I'm well within the return window time from they have listed on their site.They actually asked me if I would accept 15 dollars and that I should give the sweater away to someone else. What the? I'M BASICALLY OUT ALMOST 60 DOLLARS. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL.

Ordered product in December, still nothing today. False advertising, this is a US made product, Facebook should not allow this kind of advertising

I placed an order on 12/20/2023 and got my delivery some time in January. The quality of the two piece pant suit was decent (I've seen worse). Washed & dried well. I guess I lucked out here seeing as there are so many negative reviews. Glad it didn't turn out to be a scam.

I knew when I ordered the jacket that I would likely have issues with this. That was why I ordered through PayPal who I've never had any trouble getting refunds from. It's very obvious from their website that they are operating out of Hong Kong and not in the US as stated. Facebook should not allow these companies to advertise on their site and rip people off. It's a total scam. I'm still waiting on PayPal resolution.

Ordered a shirt for my wife on nov 30 .they said it was shipped on dec 7 .I checked the tracking number and it and it was bogues call my credit company and stop payment they are going to credit my credit card. Don't ever order anything from this company they shouldn't be aloud to sale anything. Rate a -90 called my state representative ,he read all the reviews and is going to investigate them . He told me going to have them shut down

This merchant is terrible and PayPal
Is of no help! I shipped everything back right away and providing the company with a tracking number. They said they issued a refund via PayPal which never happened. I am out $146! Don’t buy from them and I will not use PayPal anymore either!
