The clothes are no where of the quality they portray online. The quality is absolutely below any thing I have ever seen. Sweaters are made of synthetic material and the dresses are the poorest and filmsiest T shirt material of all. They are scams and their web site displays a place to return and refund, it does not open, alternatively, they request that you log in, and many people do not choose to subscribe as first time customers, therefore you are trapped. The customer care link does not activate either. I will have to find a way to get them as they have cheated me completely and this is disgusting and unacceptable. Do not fall victim to their scheming and cheating ways

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! Very similar experience as other shoppers . They advertise they are based in America, but really it’s Singapore.. they say” full refunds and exchanges” but their customer service ( who masquerades as Sara, doesn’t really answer your questions and nothing gets resolved ) The tunic I ordered looks NOTHING like the tunic in the picture , the colors were dull, the fabric quite different .It was too small , and it transpires that I have to pay the postage back to Singapore to do an exchange ! When I asked for a refund they offered me $15 and keep the item , which was too small . The item cost me $40.
I am not happy and will be complaining to Pay Pal .

Cannot get a satisfactory answer on my refund/exchange order. So far, I'm out $$ for items I wanted to exchange/refund on AND have clothes I cannot use! Should have known when company seemed to come from Great Britain but arrived in China packaging.

The clothes looked nothing like advertised. The size was misrepresented. Fabric was cheap, everything was misrepresented including where manufactured. Beyond disgusted. Do not purchase anything from this site.

Nothing went right as far as I am concerned. I cannot even give this company 1 star rating!! I ordered from Dress Fashion on September 30th, 2022 and did not receive the goods untill October 12?! The package of 5 items came from China through California!! Every item is too small and I ordered from this company because they stated they were US made in South Carolina. I expected the sizing to be true to US standards. The fabrics are extremely thin and nothing flows or drapes as shown in the ads. Every item looks CHEAP! I feel terrible because I know I have been scammed. You cannot call this company. Also since I use Facebook I have now seen many many ads from other companies also based in South Caroina or another US city and with this same clothing!!
The ad stated returns were easy. HA! There is no way to return good. There isn't even an invoice with my items! This company needs to be reported to the Attorney General. Other companies advertising on FaceBook and touting these same wonderful fashions from South Carolina include: Crigne, nnesi, rofye.com, Lsoru, KLYNU, ZoLucky and no doubt there are more. BUYER BEWARE!

I had the same experience as the previous review, though I did receive the $16 refund they promised.

NO response from them after making several attempts to return my unwanted product. No not buy from them! Cheap material, not as nice as the photos!!!!!

I'm having the same terrible experience everyone else is having. Have any of you received a refund from Paypal? The company is only offering to send less than 1/2 of what I paid to "keep" the products. I'm not even sure if I send back - they will ever refund ANY of my money. Total scam - and the company I ordered from is not what arrived in the mail. No invoice - no settlement. What a scam.

Spent almost 300.00 on blouses due to loosing weight and wanted to treat myself to some new clothes. They never sent me a receipt for my tops and when I got the verification from PayPal the writing was in Chinese. After taking the money from the bank they took an additional payment for an ATM charge that I never gave permission for. I tried to cancel this order but nobody will return my emails. Finally got a reply from the server that said email could not be sent (from their server) When contacting PayPal, they put a notice with the email address and said to contact them instead of PayPal. What a mess. I am very upset with this fake company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

Clothing not what they described, I ordered XL because I like my sweaters big. It came the size of child's small (but said XL). I asked for an exchange or return and they want me to pay them more money to facilitate the exchange. Quality is terrible too. I can't imagine what it will look like after one wash.

It is unanimous ! These people are scam artists! I need to return my two sweaters for refund. They are poor quality. Not like picture! Said on add east returns or exchanges! No invoice w shipment. No way to contact. Never again. They are knowingly scamming

This company should be banished for false advertising. The package came from China not South Carolina. The sweaters are printed on something resembling paper. BEWARE!!!!!

I ordered three sweaters. I never should have ordered without reading reviews. They took forever to arrive and were very poorly made and cheap looking. I would never wear these!

I ordered a two piece outfit and when I got it it looked awful on me and so I asked how to return it. All they want to do is compensate me and to keep the outfit. I paid $77.98 and they are up to $42.00 compensation, because they say it would cost me to much to send back. It said it was made in South Carolina,but when it came it had Chinese writing on the package. This company is a total scam. I put the outfit in a box headed to the thrift store. Jan Adams

I am trying to get a Authorization # I apparently need this number to return 3 tops I bought and am having a very tough time talking to someone from this company . I ordered 3 tops that looked great on line , they were very blingy with sequins and rhinestones in the picture but when I got these shirts there was zero bling on any of them except one had a little around the collar but was not anything like the picture online very disappointing ,I don't think I will get anywhere trying to contact this company so I am hoping Paypal can get my money back for me and get this bogus company in trouble for false advertising to start with !!

I ordered 3 tops from this company. In the headline the ad said they were in South Carolina, so I believed them to be reliable and would use American sizes. Two of the tops were too small and the package said made in CHINA. No paperwork came with my order, and I had to dig to find out who to contact to EXCHANGE for a larger size. They are impossible to deal with. After several attempts to get the paperwork to make any exchange I have nothing. They are knock offs of other companies' clothes. BUYER BEWARE - do not use them.

Terrible.. on Facebook ad said items were made in North Carolina.. NOT!!!! Shipping label had Chinese symbols on it.. 1 sweater was to be High neck.. NOT. It was more loose crewneck.. no form to it..

The dresses are very very cheaply made like Halloween costume material actually worst then that! Tried to return and no response.

I ordered these goods as per the website, they took a month to arrive and the sizing is absolutely not true to what's stated on the website. I contacted them to organise to return the goods or exchange with the correct size, and they offered me a refund which equalled 16% of the original cost. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Cannot get in touch with this company. I ordered a dress and need to return it for a smaller size. There was no invoice attached when arrived. Emailed the company and they do not reply. Do not order from them.
