Very helpful, and straight forward, would highly recommend.

Been a pleasant, smooth experience from start to finish. From my first contact through to my mortgage offer being received I was kept up to date with everything. Fair price considering I know I now have the security of having Indigo on hand for future remortgaging processes. I would highly recommend.

I had a very helpful mortgage advisor. The process was smooth and the WhatsApp group really helped as I was updated quickly and I could ask questions as they arose.

At first, I was quite reluctant to speak to Tom as I had a mortgage advisor in place else where and starting again with the faff of all the documents is just not something we simply could be bothered with however after only 5 minutes of speaking to Tom I felt much more educated and like we was in safe hands!

Tom was always happy to accommodate late evening meetings which was great for me and my partner.

Definitely recommend and won’t be looking elsewhere for when we remortgage or if we ever move again!

Overall we had a good experience with Indigo. The people assigned to our case were available over the phone and WhatsApp, including outside of normal office hours. The decision came back pretty fast. No additional hassle.

Couldn’t have imagined going through the whole mortgage process without Ash and his assistants Leah and Maria, especially as first time buyers. They have been so helpful every step of the way taking care of everything and answering all our questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
