I wish I could give more than five stars. I wasn't sure my mortgage application would be approved due to the fact that my circumstances were complicated. Ashley and his team made that possible within a short period of time. They are great. Couldn't recommend them enough.

As a first time buyer I was very clueless, but Tom and his team were very patient answering all the questions I had. He also presented a range of different mortgage options for me, explaining the benefits of each and helped me to make an informed choice.

Introduction chat on teams, advice was honest and impartial did not try to sell anything unnecessary, regular updates on WhatsApp very streamlined process. All resolved within 3 weeks. Ashley and team were great it was my bank being a bit slow.

From start to finish the service provided by Ashley and Maria at Indigo was first class.

Following a couple of initial zoom meetings to meet me and my partner and get all our details down, they set up a WhatsApp group so we were always able to ask any questions and put our mind at ease through the whole process.

Following the initial consultation, they were extremely clear and concise as to the information/documentation they required to move forward to the application and as soon as we pulled it all together, they proceeded with the application process immediately

From initial consultation to mortgage offer in a little over 4 weeks, 2 of which were waiting for the lender to make their decision.

From submitting our mortgage application to getting our mortgage offer was 4 days!!! I couldn’t believe it, wouldn’t have been possible without them. I will be recommending them to everyone!!!

We thought buying our first home would be extremely stressful, but we can confidently say that Ashley and team made it such a smooth process.
