So much to tell but don't have time horrible horrible u can't get in touch and no replies to emails even they swapped with new dives still not working and no one to talk to

contacted support 6 days ago no response cant charge car soon as I plug car in i get notification car conected then the two top sections of the app go blank and cant boost and edf says on there app conected but no smart charge times or boost with edf.
unplug car app goes back to working useless going look for another charger I wouldn't bother with indra no support constant network drop outs and buggy chargers and very buggy app pay more get a better charger

Very disappointing experience with Indra. My charger has stopped working, and despite restarting and troubleshooting it, I still can’t charge my car.

Customer support is now an AI agent that couldn’t resolve the issue, making it extremely difficult to get proper technical support when the charger actually fails.

Also disappointed to learn that the built-in SIM connectivity had expired and that I now need to purchase an additional Wi-Fi dongle, which wasn’t made clear when I bought the charger.

Very poor after-sales experience.

Jodie made booking the installation a breeze and Joe was super-professional, effective AND efficient. He catered for our quirky power needs, installed everything really neatly and showed us how to use the kit and the app.

I can't get in touch with them and my charger doesn't work.

Charger has broken down – can only get through to an AI bot then have to fill out a ticket after you fill the form you do not get any response from customer services. Left with a charger that does nor work. Customer services used to be excellent but new rubbish. Do not get a charger from Indra as you will be left high and dry if something goes wrong!!

Complete omnishambles from Indra and their installation provider "WePowerYourCar". They installed it originally and it worked briefly before dropping off my WiFi. I have wasted countless hours back and forth trying to get this working reliably, and it simply won't. I had to request an "installer app" just to be able to reconnect the charger to the WiFi - and it worked intermittently before giving up again and now not connecting at all. My router is modern and provides excellent WiFi coverage throughout my home and garden and it's literally 2 feet away from the charger on other side of the wall! Indra are now going to hardwire the charger so that it has some hope of working, so it looks like they know these units have problems with WiFi. The charger itself flashes all sorts of meaningless coloured lights and beeps incessantly, and getting anyone to fix it seems an uphill or impossible battle. Latest today, I waited in since 8am for an engineer to turn up, only to get a call late afternoon saying they now couldn't make it today.

Product not fit for purpose, and service awful - avoid.

Unfortunately, very disappointed with my experience with Indra.

I purchased an Indra EV charger directly from the company, with installation carried out in February 2026. The charger developed ongoing faults and, following contact with Indra, an engineer attended and replaced the unit in July.

Unfortunately, I am still experiencing problems with the replacement charger.

The biggest frustration has been trying to get support. I have made several attempts to contact Indra by telephone, involving lengthy waits and unsuccessful call-backs. I also contacted them in writing around two weeks ago and have received no response.

I appreciate that faults can happen with any product, but when a replacement unit is also experiencing problems, I would expect significantly better after-sales support and communication.

I am now having to formally escalate the matter to try to get a satisfactory resolution.

I hope Indra will address this and provide a reliable solution, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend the level of customer service I have received.

My Smart Pro has been offline and stuck on a flashing purple light for days. I emailed and submitted tickets and have been completely ignored. Your phone line is just a broken AI loop that refuses to let me speak to a human."

I would not recommend using Indra to get a charger installed at your home, not even if it’s part of a free deal. Had nothing but issues since we got one 4-5 years ago. The service levels on the phone have always been poor. When my charger finally failed they tried to claim that I was out of warranty and wouldn’t speak to me unless I paid. I then proved them wrong and they accepted this and said I could have a new charger. I waited in two days and no engineer turned up twice. Finally after many complaints to their subcontractor we got it fitted after 3 separate days of waiting but no thanks to Indra. Now they have no option to speak to a human only AI bots, really horrible customer service and they do not value their customers. Nobody replies to their support emails either. My advice to anyone buying a new home charger: DO NOT USE INDRA

Indra are getting a solid one star, I have a faulty charger, still well within it's warranty period and trying to raise a fault is all done through bots and AI, you cannot talk to a human being. I repeat, you cannot talk to a human, the Indra AO agent even told me that , honest in this day and age it's unneceptable , I wait with baited breath to see if they will get back to me. Steer clear if after sales warranty support is important to you!

Very quick delivery and installation. Installer was polite and courteous.
Great all round experience

No lights showing on the charger and the Charger does no work. Can’t speak to a human about it when ringing the support line…. Just get put through to an ai assistant who tells you to do the things that I could find on google.

Indra customer support is non existent . I have had two chargers in less than 2 years and both broke . I followed their troubleshooting tips but they didn’t work and then completed a request for support form. Nearly a week later I have heard nothing so tried to speak to someone but all you get is a so called chat robot, who just repeated everything that I’ve done. You can not speak to a human being. The equipment is unreliable and customer service is non existent. Stay well clear

Awful customer services you can't speak to anyone you're requested to email them if your lucky you get a reply telling you to re bot the box if that doesn't work you have to email again my charger has been offline since 13th August and Iam still waiting a reply avoid indra at all cost

Installation was easy, app looks great.

I've had an indra charger for 3 years now. Whilst the hardware is actually very good and generally reliable, their customer service is awful. They no longer answer calls, so you get through to a pathetic AI bot that tells you to turn it off and back on again and tries to claim it has fixed everything.
If you email them, they don't respond.
I would like to be able to recommend them as they're a British company, but i honestly wish I hadn't bought mine. Mine now has a fault, and I can't get a response from customer service at all. I've given up now, and I'm just going to buy a Hypervolt charger instead. Save yourself a load of hassle and avoid them.

Had an Indra Lux installed in August but it constantly disconnects with the WiFi and falls to reconnect. Unable to use the scheduled charging feature in the app as charger is always off- line. Not a suitable EV charger for everyday use. Indra still to fix the problem!

I had this charger installed at considerable cost and physical effort 2 years ago and since installation it has only worked as intended for a few days. Very significant connection issues have bugged the product and I ended up shelling out another chunk of money to buy a replacement dongle and have it installed. Even then the product didn't work. The after care was initially friendly and helpful but now you seem to just get dragged into an AI cycle of misery. I've had enough with this product and company and will be saving money to replace it with another device as soon as possible and just cut my losses.
