Great service and really great products! Would use again and highly recommend

Customer service is appalling. Nobody came back to me for weeks despite me leaving messages , text messages and voicemails. Live chat was hopeless too. As soon as I left a message to cancel my order they called back straightaway.

I had to chase this company after 10 days just to obtain an order number, and was then told my console table would be delivered that week.
The delivery was left by the bins at a neighbouring property without my knowledge or consent. When the parcel was eventually passed on to me, it did not contain all the parts required to assemble the table, rendering it unusable.
Despite contacting the company to resolve this, the issue remains unresolved at time of writing. The lack of communication and poor handling of both delivery and after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. As the issue remains unresolved. I am now pursuing other avenues to resolve the matter.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

In response to the company's reply below, I did not refuse resolutions. I raised concerns that the components supplied did not match the checklist and could not be verified as correct for the table ordered due to vague instructions. I requested confirmation that a complete and correct item would be supplied, or alternatively a return and refund. This remains unresolved at time of writing.

They were quick to answer and send a spare part. Would have been 5 stars only for fact I haven't received it yet. Delivery company really poor. Two weeks later and not here yet despite two-day delivery promise.

Great product and shipped quickly. Communication slightly lacking as I had no idea order had even been processed when it was delivered, but that's a minor point. Great service, thank you.

This item came and was rusty on attachments I returned and never recieved a refund

What made this experience so great was the communication. I was asking for a custom peice and needed to feel secure in ordering from abroad ... and I got what I needed. The product is quite beautiful and solid. I looked for similar options in the USA and they were quite a bit more expensive. If there was one thing I'd improve it would be the instruction sheet, however, the vendor offered to help me through it with a phone call! Thank you Basir!

Fast delivery great product

Nicely Finished. Delivery was good. Criticism is that I ordered a 2.8m rail the ‘centre’ support is not centre the longer rail on the right has a joint which has the tendency to bow. If after being as tighten as much as possible

I got a price for some hanging rails which changed when I placed my order 3 weeks later and still half is missing cant contact as it goes to a answering machine or says text me when you do you still get no reply

Purchased hand rail, very quick delivery. The handrail was easy to assemble and wall mount. Looks stunning and unique. Thank you.

I really wanted to give these guys a good review as the product quality is fairly good. However their delivery logistics are atrocious. 2 weeks going on 3 for delivery of small item. Whats worse is that they don't really appear to care and just tell you to use the tracking and wait. Happy to take your money but when it comes to delivery they do not offer a good service at all. Carry on like that and customers will stop paying your wages and pay someone else with better service. What a shame
