Awful company to deal with

Took order but then I didn't hear anything about shipping. I called twice and emailed, eventually came back saying it was out of stock

Was promised a refund 2 weeks ago, now not responding to my emails.

The customer service is amazing, I bought a nice trench coat and it fits me so well, stylish and cozy. They helped me to find the correct size to avoid returns and even recommended me a pair of trousers to match. 100% recommended.

I recently purchased a leather jacket from Infinity Leather, and I have to say I'm thoroughly impressed.It's stylish, well-made, and clearly built to last. I highly recommend giving Infinity Leather a try.

Bought a pair of New Rocks, the delivery was fast and the customer service very responsive for any questions.

I ordered 11 suits for my wedding from this shop. The suits arrived on time and I was kept informed of the status the entire time. The suits were of excellent quality, and were cheaper than I could find elsewhere.

I had to exchange several suits for other sizes (as my groomsmen didn't seem to be able to measure themselves), with some suits being exchanged multiple times. I always got great customer service from Infinity Leathers (and in particular Tayyab), both via email and phone.

They would despatch the new suits very promptly, and were very flexible with returns/exchanges. Where a refund was issued, this was done promptly and without question. I even visited in-person once in London and experienced great service there too.

I would definitely recommend this shop for the quality of the products, speed of despatch/delivery (I was a very last-minute groom....) and exemplary customer service. Thanks!

I bought 2 infinity case both wheels would stick when I tried to retract handles down one of the cases wouldn’t go down so had to break off as flight wouldn’t take case in on arriving home the other case has done the same. I contacted Debenhams and they told me infinity leather said it wear and tear after 3weeks avoid buying these case

We bought a suitcase from Debenhams and while checking in at the airport the Wheel came away from the rivetts. On return from holiday we contacted Debenhams as it is faulty and not fit for purpose. Debenhams referred us to the supplier, who said this was airline damage. This happened before the bag was checked in at the airport. It came with a year warranty but neither Debenhams or Infinity will take responsibility for their poor quality product which is not fit for purpose! Avoid!!!!

Don’t order from here!! I purchased a suit which cost £105 and it arrived but was too small. I returned the suit exactly how I received it and waited days on any update on refunds in which I had to contact them for this. They stated that a security tag wasn’t present when returned so they don’t refund. I have a suit that doesn’t fit and out of pocket £105. Please think before purchasing with them. Wouldn’t want this happening to anyone else.

Returned the suit to this company and they have claimed that they have not received it back despite a full tracking and as per there instructions. Still waiting for my refund. avoid this company as the customer service is disgraceful

Purchased a Men's Retro Classic Suede Leather Harrington Biker Jacket - Bryne. The jacket had a large defect in the leather - on the back shoulder making it very visible. I returned the item and received a refund for the garment, but not the shipping charges incurred to return the garment.
It has been 6+ weeks trying to get a refund for the shipping charges, and while polite, there is no resolution in site.

Take a look through all the reviews, you'll find a few about items returned to Infinity Leather with their own tracking label attached but then infinity say 'we have no record of this' - despite Royal Mail proof of return. So this is a known and repeated issue and yet Infinity Leather do nothing about changing their Returns label address. End result, they make customers wait an endless period for either refund or exchange of garment whilst they 'investigate' matters. Debenhams should be ashamed of themselves for allowing a company like this to represent and sell leather and suede goods to their customers. If I could give zero I would. Avoid because if your garment needs returning you're likely to be subject to your order being on hold through absolutely no fault of your own. Trading Standards here we come.....

What a nightmare company, faulty suitcase returned twice, sent back twice and returned again today still nothing done.
I’m now left with a suitcase that nearly cost me £100 with a broken handle and wheels that are like pushing the worst trolley ever around a supermarket!!!
I’ll never ever deal with this sham of a company again, absolute shambles and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life!!!!

Super Leather and great customer service

Leather was super soft but sturdy enough to hopefully last for years

Den 1 Stern hab ich nur gegeben weil man mindestens 1 Stern geben muss um eine Rezension zu schreiben. Ich habe im September 2024 eine Fliegerjacke für 500€ bei infinity leather bestellt, und diese wurde angeblich persönlich in meine Hände übergeben von einem DPD Mitarbeiter, ich war aber gar nicht in der Stadt in der Woche und zu dem Zeitpunkt war es also unmöglich das mir jemand persönlich ein Paket übergeben konnte. Dann habe ich das Übergabe Formular angefordert auf dem jemand mit N.D. unterzeichnet hat, meine Unterschriftist B.B., falls es nicht sogar der DPD Mitarbeiter selbst war und die Jacke einfach eingesteckt hat. Mittlerweile habe ich September Oktober November Dezember Januar Februar März und April mit infinity leather Service via Email korrespondiert um heute nach 8 Monaten Tortur die Antwort zu erhalten das sie nichts weiter tun können. Ich gehe mit diesem wirklich unterirdischen Fall jetzt zum Verbraucherschutz und werde mir einen Anwalt nehmen. 500€ einfach weg, und so eine rotzfreche Art mit seinen Kunden umzugehen. Das ist das aller Letzte! So eine miserable firma wie infinity leather habe ich noch nie erlebt. Es ist Diebstahl meines Geldes und nicht Erbringung von vereinbarten Leistungen für die ich viel Geld bezahlt habe. Ich kann jedem nur davon abraten jemals bei dieser Firma etwas zu kaufen. 8 Monate warten und gedulden und das um am Ende diese freche Antwort zu erhalten. Passt auf und gebt es weiter.

My personal experience is that I ordered a pair of shoes that i decided to return, I ordered from this company via Debenhams. I assumed that as Debenhams have them as a brand partner that they would be trustworthy.

I did the return via the portal on the Debenhams site as my order was fulfilled by them. This was a simple process involving Royal Mail, I repacked the shoes and sent them off.

A few days later I have proof of delivery, and a few working days later I received nothing from them. I chased this up and they claimed that despite Royal Mail saying it was delivered to that address, they said they didn’t have my return and would need to open a claim.

They said this would be resolved in 7-12 working days, so i waited it out. Once again I heard nothing from them. I chased this up and they now said this would likely take months before they hear back and I get my refund, which was quite a large sum of money to be out of pocket.

I called Infinity Leathers after being told conflicting information, which they then promised they would have feedback from Royal Mail in two days (Friday), and I would have my refund the following working day (Monday). I had them send this to me in writing. I heard nothing from them on the Monday.

A lot more chasing and false promises ensued. They did eventually promise a refund over the phone and said I would recieve it that day, which I also had in writing, which i of course did not recieve. I called the next day complaining about this, and while on the call they initiated my refund, which took 2 weeks to appear back in my account, today. I returned these shoes in February.

As you can see from other reviews here, and other people’s experiences with Infinity Leathers on other sites, this is a common occurrence for people, and I don’t think post not being delivered is that common. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering, this experience was stressful and difficult being out of a large sum of money for over a month.

Absolutely shockingly awful company. Not even worth one star!
Bought a pair of gloves in the wrong colour, I returned them and they said I hadn’t even though I had proof through evri. Eventually they said they had found them. After this I sent countless emails over an 5 week period asking for the other pair to be sent out and they kept saying they would send them but they didn’t. They could not even provide me with a timescale when they would be sent. They kept my money and would not give me a refund! Eventually I had to get my bank to step in and recover the cost of the gloves and thankfully got my money back. Very very bad experience dreadful customer service avoid at all costs!!!!!!!

Habe eine schicke Lederkappe bei infinity leather über Amazon bestellt. Nach fast fünf Wochen (bei einer angegebenen Lieferzeit von 8Tagen) habe ich die Bestellung über Amazon storniert. Die Rückerstattung sollte innerhalb von maximal 5 Tagen erfolgen. Das war vor drei Wochen. Amazon reagiert nicht. Ich rate von allen Kontakten zu "Infinity Leather" UND zu "Amazon" dringend ab!
