After ordering a jacket through Debenhams I was concerned when reading negative reviews.
The jacket I ordered was a black leather pea coat.
I can report that this garment is well made and fits well (44 chest) I ordered large.
I am delighted with my purchase and would buy from them again.

I bought a shearling sheepskin coat - Florence, in black. The quality is the best I have ever seen and a joy to wear in the cold weather!! I would recommend XL for a 42 inch chest. It wasn't exactly cheap, even with the 22% discount, but in my opinion worth every penny. Free delivery by RM within 48 hours too.

Brought pair of new rock boots on this website, came within a couple of days. Very happy with purchase 🙏

Bought a coat from here when it arrived it's loop for one of the toggles was not there stitching broken on further inspection found the loop in the pocket so looks like it had been returned then sent out again to me. I said I would keep it and get it stitched back in. As they hadn't got a replacement coat. Never asked for a refund but then got an email giving me £5 refund. I think for there failure to check it was ok it's a bit lacking offering that when I have saved them the postage to send it back. But to be fair wasn't expecting anything

I ordered an aviator jacket through Debenhams and it was too big, so I then ordered the next size down. I returned the larger one, and the refund was processed very quickly. The one that now fits is a lovely quality item. This was a totally hassle free and easy transaction from start to finish. I highly recommend them as a company, with great quality items.

Couldn’t wish for better service. Ordered a gilet on Amazon but inadvertently ordered the wrong size. Emailed Infinity Leathers direct and they altered the order and still delivered it within 24 hours. Quality is top notch at half the price I could have paid elsewhere.

I would like to give a no star review. I've had the most disappointing experience with Infinity leather. I bought a suitcase in July, used it for my holiday at the beginning of August and one of the wheels broke. I've been refused a refund, only an exchange but as I won't be using the suitcase for another year there's a big possibility it will break again. I now have to buy a box big enough to send it back to the company as they don't offer a free return either. I'm shocked at the unprofessional way this company deals with its customers. DO NOT BUY A SUITCASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

If I could leave no stars and a review I would. Bought a jacket via Debenhams, wrong size so returned it directly to Infinity Leather using their 48 hour tracked delivery. A week after returning I checked the Royal mail website using the reference number on the proof of postage receipt, which confirmed the parcel was delivered on 17th August. Contacted Infinity directly with my proof of postage receipt and screenshot of proof of delivery. Royal mail tracked 48 also provides a photograph and email/sms confirmation of delivery to the recipient. Infinity leather are denying receipt and refusing to give me a refund until they have investigated further, despite the above. Avoid this company at all costs.

Bought 4 Jackets from Infinity through Debenhams all returned due to sizing issues got refund for 3 off them and requested 1 in 2 sizes larger almost a month later and still no jacket or refund despite various emails to Debenhams, they are blaming Infinity, can’t understand why they are mucking me about and won’t send out the replacement very bad business practice definitely wouldn’t recommend them

I thought id write a review because I had a really good experience with them!!

I just offhandedly emailed to ask when they’d restock the UK 5 of some New Rocks I wanted, replied within 20 minutes really informed and helpful :)

So I decided I’d just get them in a UK 4 instead as they run large anyway and they were in stock
Dispatched within a couple hours with Royal Mail tracked 48 on Friday, arrived Monday
Great shoes and fit perfect :)
Always nervous to buy from new sites with fewer reviews but honestly they’re really good

Damn thing fur gets caught on cheap zip
Toggle loops ridiculously flimsy one broke after wearing this a couple of times
Hood Zip was absolutely awful and I dare not use it.
Promised a refund or replacement, then said you didn’t get it back within 30 days and it’s been worn! We will not honour our original 1st message of refund.
Took years to get my money back.
DONT GO NEAR THEM or upper class fashions
