Special shout out to steve always helpful i will always use this business now if i want a leather.

Scammers, send counterfeit brand products and terrible quality that almost everyone wants to send back. Refuse refunds for returns with delivery proof. Your order also may not get delivered at all. They try to force you to keep their garbage.

Company pays for fake reviews to boost their truthful poor rating. I guess they gave “Carolina Batista” in Brazil a job after she wrote them a fake 5 star review? lol

I received completely used, broken boots that reeked of foot sweat. Absolutely disgusting. And I'm even supposed to pay for the return shipping through Dress for Less.

I love infinity leathers. I got a pair of Panama Jack shearling lined boots.
It was dicey there for a moment to see if they would arrive from the UK-USA, to my small island in time for a ski trip west.
Carolina at Infinity was right on DHL, and tracking for me where the package was. Lo and behold it arrived just in time! The boots are lovely, warm and waterproof. Now I can’t wait for my trip. Big shout out to Carolina and everyone at Infinity Leathers. Thank you all very much!

No complaints here! We even had to return the suit for a custom size change. Their team knocked it out quickly and shipped the 2nd suit to me in the U.S. all within weeks. Excellent, and simple customer service.

Carolina provided me with extremely valuable help regarding size. Thanks to her I can now sport the “picket line” look with this amazing jacket, although it should be black in colour admittedly, but I went for a more “Pride and Prejudice” look this time, and I love it! 😊

We are living in Austria and have purchased 2 leather jacket in the last year. The quality and price of the jacket is super. Also we had to exchange one because the size didn't fit. first snd it was super easy. The communication with Steve Mansion and Caroline Batista was very good and the team is really helpful and caring. Definitely not our last order.

Purchased a pair of New Rocks for my son that become faulty. We followed the process of the two year warranty, however these had to be shipped back to Spain. They sent a pre paid FedEx label. I have now been contacted by FedEx to say that they are stuck in customs due to the label not having the incorrect information. It now been two weeks, and emails/ phone calls back and forth and keep getting lied too. I called them today, and was advised that they would sort, once again another lie. They do not want to take ownership. I would avoid this company at all cost, happy to take your money, but if you have an issue be prepared.

Never buy from here! word customer service, could make this long but no one really cares, so this will do! DONT BUY HERE

Ordered a suit, and no tracking.
if i had have realised it was 3rd party from debenhams i wouldn't have ordered it.
Have tried reaching our on their live support ‘chatty’ which they are not, and been told the suit is out of stock, not in this size & no longer manufactured.
would i like a refund?

Albeit advertising online for it & took my money.

Since then having requested the refund, i am hearing nothing back at all, and now £350 out of pocket - Not impressed at all!

What a great bunch of people. I bought an infinity leather jacket over 25 years ago that I lost and I'm sure it's still around today. They don't make it quite the same anymore but after emailing Uppercleass Fashion, they were able to get a custom jacket made for me that is absolutely perfect. Everyone I talked to was very friendly. Their prices are excellent especially for the quality of work. I highly recommend and will definitely be buying again.

I ordered a suede jacket and although the quality was superb it didn't fit me quite right. So I asked if they did customised jackets. Which they do.

I visited their warehouse and a chap there took my measurements and I received the jacket 2 weeks later.

Perfectly made and I am very happy

I spoke with a lot during this period and their customer service was consistently good the whole time.

I had an excellent experience overall.

I contacted Upper Class Fashion’s customer service on Sunday evening (around 9 PM) to request an urgent change of delivery address due to circumstances outside of my control. I reached out well before the next working day began, hoping the order could be held before dispatch.

On Monday at 12:06 PM, I received a reply stating:

"Your order has already been processed on 18 April 2025, with the tracking ID: VF587687045GB (Royal Mail)."

At that time, the Royal Mail tracking number was not even recognised—meaning the label hadn’t yet been registered in their system. It didn’t begin showing the “We’re expecting it” status until Tuesday, which indicates that Royal Mail was only notified of the parcel at that point.

Later on Tuesday, I received this message from another staff member:

"I don’t know why you are not understanding that the order was processed and picked up by courier before you informed us, and the tracking showed update on next working day."
"This will be a refusal by customer side as the order was processed before you informing us."

These statements were both inaccurate.

My original email was sent on Sunday.

The shipping label was only created at 4:26 PM on Tuesday (as shown in Royal Mail tracking).

The first physical scan at Royal Mail occurred at 10:33 PM Tuesday—confirming the parcel had not been picked up before I contacted them.

I understand that bulk business collections may not be scanned immediately, but label creation is done by the sender, and that timestamp alone disproves the claim that it had already been picked up.

Instead of acknowledging this, the tone from the company became dismissive. Phrases like “I don’t know why you are not understanding...” felt unnecessarily condescending—especially since I had remained respectful and fact-based throughout.

To their credit, response times were fast, and I appreciated that. But unfortunately, speed doesn’t make up for inaccurate information or a lack of support when a genuine issue arises. I was simply trying to avoid a failed delivery and unnecessary costs on both sides.

This could have been resolved easily with more care and honesty. Instead, it became a frustrating experience that left me disappointed.

Ordered the wrong boots by mistake and was just over the return period when realised as was a birthday present. Steve was ultra helpful, allowed me to exchange for the correct ones when they were back in stock and was very polite. Could have been a nightmare returning them etc. thanks so much.

I needed Blundstone boots quickly before a trip. The website was easy to navigate, and I found my size without any hassle and cheaper than anywhere else I could find. I reached out to their customer service team to confirm stock availability and that it would indeed be delivered the next day to which they ensured it would, even with me being a bit sceptical as it was already 12:30pm by the time I ordered it.

But the boots arrived promptly the next day, neatly packaged and exactly as pictured. They’re well-made and held up perfectly during my travels.

Customer service could be better here and the overall quality of the leather wear could be much better considering the high price.

I would highly recommend this company - from start to finish! Accidentally ordered incorrectly and the team were incredibly friendly and accommodating with amending the order. Didn’t affect delivery times and kind communication. The boots themselves are just a dream - really reasonable for what arrived - I would certainly not hesitate buying from these again!
