Tried to cancel. They keep taking withdrawls from PayPal.

We decided this service was not for us and we cancelled. We continue to get charged and not refunded what we were promised.

Not as clear

I tried the one week trial and then paid extra to see information concerning one specific person. What came up was confusing ... it seems anyone with that name was merged and it was difficult for me to figure out what pertained to the one person I was researching.

The agent who helped me was very kind…

The agent who helped me was very kind and responsive to my requests.

As for the company itself, please let folks n know UP FRONT that they won't be able to get a vehicle owner's name via a license plate search, so they won't waste time having to cancel and get a refund, like I did

Infotracer trick billing

Infotracer starts charging a monthly subscription and buries this in the fine print of the terms without making this clear at the start.

then they refuse to credit back the monthly subscription fee because it was in the fine print.

This is a slimey business practice

Liars and scammers

Liars and scammers. When u put a phone # in, they lie and say a bunch of info was found, but you have to pay to see it. Then when u pay, all the sudden no info was available. And of course they try to sneak in a subscription monthly billing that they hope you dont notice

It suck. You have to pay more to see what you’re looking for. They have you believing that on the first purchase you will get the info but in order to see it they want you to pay more.
