I tried out the trial last saturday

I tried out the trial on a saturday. unfortunately, I was not able to login to their website to use the system. The next day I was still unable to access the system, so I cancelled the trial using their support contact window. The following week I was charged the monthly subscription price as though I never cancelled. Upon requesting a reversal of charge and bringing this to supports attention, the company immediately refunded the charge. They did the right thing, which I did not expect. This demonstrates Trustworthiness, and I give this company 5 stars across the board, I will come back to infotracer on my next report need. Trust is at the base of doing business. I commend the honesty, Thank you.

A scam

I paid the $2.95 to get information on a phone number that called me but the search returned no data. Then, at the very last step of payment, the company informed me of a forced subscription. I lost track of time and paid InfoTracer $50 for absolutely nothing, on top of the initial $3 for a search with no results. If this company isn't a scam, I don't know what it. Thankfully, the steps to cancel the subscription was seamless, but only time will tell.

I was supposed to get refunded 3…

I was supposed to get refunded 3 payments of 24.99. Instead I got refunded 2 payments of 24.99 and an additional payment of 24.99 was taken from my account. I canceled my account and they kept charging me and stealing my money without my consent and they have done it again AFTER OUR PHONE CALL.
