BOTH EXPERIENCES A PLUS AI vs human

Joy was very helpful and patient as I mumble and had to keep repeating this very long order number and she did get annoyed at this old lady who didn't have her teeth in my bad but she was great! Besides a lovely REAL person to help me the AI recording was very easy to follow again for the old lady.

Canceled 7 Day Trial on day 1 of trial, still billed for monthly cost...

I canceled via Email & using online Cancel link on Same Day of $1.95, 7 day trial, on March 11, 2026, the first day of trial. Was billed $24.95 on March 19, 2026. I disputed $24.95 charge w/bank & Infotracer support. 1st reply said as a courtesy, they would refund $24.95, although they had no record of cancelation. I said thank you and few days later, refund hit bank account. Afterwards, I sent them an email copy of Cancelation, they replied "oops" & admitted they are behind (intentionally by design, IMHO) on processing of cancelations. I don't trust systems that don't keep up on cancelations BEFORE making unauthorized withdrawals from people's banks/credit cards. If that was (I'm poor & elderly) my last $24.95, my account would have gone negative incurring overdraft fees/penalties for low/insufficient funds in bank because Infotracer's overall cancelation process is deficient. That's Shameful. From reviews read, it appears these flaws happens alot, with many search or data vendors like Infotracer. To me, they practice Fraud every day, masked as mistakes. Tsk, tsk, tsk.

Request reminders before you are charged.

Once I received a surprise charge and no receipt, I contacted support and got an instant refund. But it would have been better to receive a reminder that are charge is pending and give me a chance to cancel before they processed the charge. And an invoice would have made it clear what the charge was for.

Misleading website

Misleading website that will create an account with membership and will deduct money from your credit card monthly. I sent an email requesting cancellation and my credit card was billed anyway. Took a phone call and some back and forth to cancel my account.

Very Helpful CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had a 1 wk trial, but site was having issues and I was unable to login. Customer Service worked diligently with their Support and they were unab;e to fix my issue with the site. CS immediately cancelled, refunded, stayed on the phone with me until cancellation came thru. That was above & beyond.
