Customer service staff was extremely helpful and caring about my issue and was able to bring a resolution. Unfortunately as time progresses and years pass customer service is not as good as it used to be for many places but as for me got lucky with someone who truly care about helping a customer. Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you find the cost too high and that you weren’t able to find the title information you were looking for.
Upon checking, you were billed the monthly fee since we did not receive a cancellation request before the trial ended. On our checkout page, we state that customers are purchasing a trial that ends in seven days. It also states that it will automatically enroll the customer in a subscription billed monthly at $24.95 if the customer does not cancel during the trial. We provide an Order Summary on the checkout page with a checkbox for the customer to acknowledge that they have read our Terms of Service and Billing Terms.
Additionally, we no longer provide ownership information for our license plate or VIN searches due to DPPA (Driver’s Privacy Protection Act) restrictions.
