Sauna is great but the aroma one never works and the battery did not come with a charger as described and when I tried charging the battery it failed to charge. I complained to the company numerous times and asked for guidance and never heard back. As such, their service is very lacking.

I am frustrated and angry at the fact when we ordered this, we were told shipping would be in 2-4 weeks. That definitely influenced our decision to go with Clearlight over Sun Home. We ordered 10 weeks ago and we still don't have a sauna. Very deceptive. Not off to a good start.

We love our Sauna!!! Melissa Duncan was great at helping us learn about the saunas available the benefits and pricing as well as the different woods and features. We are so happy with our sauna and the process from the minute I reached out to Melissa she responded immediately and treated us like family. She held our hand all the way through picking a sauna, applying for financing, purchase, back order, shipping delivery, and putting it together. Thank you Melissa! I love the sauna. However, the set up video is somewhat misleading. It shows a couple (a man and a woman) carrying the components and setting it up easily. My sauna was delivered on time. But the truck driver could not get down my driveway, so I had to get the components about 300 yards to my house. 4 of the boxes were around 200 lbs. My wife and I are fit and relatively strong. But, she could not lift her half of each box. Luckily, I had a male, fit friend come over. We were able to carry the components and put it together. It was about a 2.5 hour job.
The positive is that the spa works very well and is comfortable inside. I am very happy with the purchase, but I would warn buyers to have at least 2 healthy strong people to put it together.

Whenever we've had an issue with our sauna, (which has been very few) Clearlight has provided the replacement parts. Lifetime warranty and fast shipping, would highly recommend this company for standing by their product, 100%.

Best all-around service on any product I have

We purchased a three person sauna from Clearlight. It was delivered in a very well protected "tank" of a package and was free from damage. The cabinet is constructed out of beautiful mahogany and with a high level of craftsmanship. We did have one small issue during setup and support was great. The sauna performance is outstanding. We are getting 4-5 quality sweat sessions per week and it is a difference maker for us. Thank you!!

bought $11,000 sauna. it doesnt warm up right. They said buy a 3rd heater. bought it. still doesnt warm up right. very VERY unhappy

the sauna is nice, as was the salesperson, but the technology of the sauna for the price point is terrible. huge disappointment. the app is wildly outdated and the interface within the sauna misses the mark when it comes to scheduling and lighting.

Great Customer Service, We have had experience with Clearlight Sauna using one in a local spa and decided to have the convenience of one at home.

I had a sensor go out and contacted Clearlight customer service. They diagnosed the problem and had a part sent out the next day. Great customer service and product.

I have had my sauna for about 10 years. I have moved a few times and had to contact Clearlight for replacement parts that ok either lost or a light that went out. Their customer service is amazing and each time they sent me what I needed for my sauna. This is by far the best company for customer service that I have ever experienced. And I love my sauna. Best ever.

James G. Talked me through all I needed to know. He was available for all subsequent questions after my Sanctuary C arrived. Very helpful and knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with. Assembly was straight forward, due to size of Sanctuary C, definitely a two person job. Be careful installing glass, it’s thick and heavy.
