We have received parts for repairs, but no technician has been here. It's been almost 4 months.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with my Clearlight sanctuary 3 sauna in the 1.5 year of owning it. It heats up pretty fast - 15 mins to reach almost 100•F and heat feels relaxing and very soothing!
It helps me unwind both physically and mentally. My muscles feel looser, I get good sleep, and feel renewed after using it each time.
Sauna is well made and was fairly easy to follow the instructions to set it up, however I wish we had a third person helping when moving big back wall downstairs to the basement where I have it set up.
I made a soft bench cushion out of some foam material and towels to make my time in sauna more comfortable for longer periods of use time. Iam looking to add some tinted film for more privacy. I wish there was an option for glass to be not see-through.
I also added red light tower this year and looking forward to using it as past of my self care routine and discovering the benefits of red light therapy for myself!
I’m happy I purchased it and it’s a worthwhile investment into our family wellness! Customer service also been great.

Clearlight worked with me. It was a quick purchase and we weren't quite ready for it to be delivered. The power had to be updated, the garage cleared and a beautiful new garage floor had to be installed before we could assemble the sauna.

THE SAUNA IS A BEAUTIFUL UNIT. HOWEVER, IT IS ONE OF THE FIRST WITH "HEIDI" VOICE ACTIVATION. THE INSTRUCTION AND SET UP MANUAL MADE NO MENTION OF HEIDI AND SHE WAS A SURPRISE THAT ACCIDENTALLY APPEARED. AND THEN THE VOICE ACTIVATION DID NOT WORK CORRECTLY AND THE CONTROL PANEL DID NOT FUNCTION. TRYING TO DEAL WITH SERVICE WAS AN ARDUOUS TASK BUT FINALLY ARRANGEMENTS WERE MADE FOR SERVICE TO COME OUT. SERVICE INSTALLED A NEW CONTROL PANEL AND THIS PANEL WORKS. HEIDI ALSO WORKS BUT AT TIMES DOES NOT RESPOND. GIVE IT A LITTLE MORE TIME. I AM USING ITAND ENJOYING IT, SOMETIMES SHARING WITH HEIDI AND SOMES JUST CONTROL PANEL.

The sauna does not get nearly as hot as advertised. The max that the sauna has reached after running for several cycles is 158 degrees.

Still trying to get resolution. I bought a Halo One the cutter that pops the hole in the saline pod. It bent after a dozen uses. Clearlight responded super fast and I was able to get a new one asap.

The issue is the new one didn’t last one use and the cutter bent. I would like a refund, but haven’t been able to connect with customer service to get it resolved. I have called in 2X and not been able to connect.

I travel and am in meetings most of the day. I really need to communicate via email or text. Or after hours.

Clearlight has amazing curomer service - CLEARLY.

BUT I did have substantial quality problems:
1. on the first Sauna 3 of the 4 wall panels were warped and could not be assembled. Clearlight send out a new sauna and removed the 1st
2 the second sauna also had defects - on 3 of the 4 walls the siding shrunk as much as 2” vertically within the first 3 months. Clearlight re-laced and installed 2 new panels.

Both of these issues are clearly related to component quality issues. So there I would rate the outdoor sauna at a 2 - the excellent customer service brought it up to a 3. Without the component quality issues- all related to the structural walls, I would rate their products at a 5. I am very happy with the heaters as well as the Red Light units.

Cassandra was an absolute pleasure to work with. As a new business owner, I had some reservations initially. Cassandra answered everything very promptly and she provided me with plenty of options for the specific types of saunas they provide. I will be using Clearlight again.

A company that stands behind their product 100%. Great customer service experience from beginning to end. They went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved.

Very poor customer service. We needed to have the door put on L side due to opening restriction. The door came scratched and damaged. Awaiting new door.
Beware of addition infrared panel to door. It has an electrical outlet on R side of door and cannot be moved. This creates a long heavy duty cord going across the door opening and tripping risk! No solutions. We should never have been sold this unit. I bought it for the infrared light feature.
Jacuzzi does has the infrared built in.

The after sale service is great. Warranty issues have been handled with no issues. I'd buy another unit from CIS no question about it!

Unit doesn't work as expected and service is not good. wishing i went with one of the other saunas i looked at

The sauna arrived and we assembled it per the instructions and it is clearly a very well engineered product. All the parts fit, all the fasteners were included and it worked perfectly the first time we turned it on. We use it every day and are enjoying better health, better sleep, and reduced soreness after work and exercise. Can't say enough about how much we are enjoying this sauna! It is both beautiful and effective!

Sauna works well. App works (sometimes) but is very clunky and has issues. Customer service getting the sauna was good, after that it’s meh.

Salesman Chris Ryan either didn't know or he lied about putting the sauna on carpeting. It can cause mold and is a fire danger as well as inability to set up unless it is on firm base. I had to go out and buy Masonite planks to put sauna on. I was completely on my own. Chris texted, called and emailed me until I purchased the unit then never returned my calls, never apologized or suggested a fix. Very disappointing. I built a base and am enjoying the sauna.
