Efficiency, reassurance and clarity
The guys who came for the diagnosis and repair were nothing less than brilliant. They worked extremely hard at what was at one stage a difficult job. Marcus and Rob, along with Liam, were very reassuring and clear in their explanations. I would have them back any time. They did much to reduce my stress.

The worst possible interaction between…
The worst possible interaction between an insurance company and its human robots, which is the only best way to describe the company’s strategy.
Reading from a very poor script and bouncing you back and forth between them and ERS.
I’m afraid I’ve put the phone down out of utter frustration.
They will do everything in their power to be as difficult over a claim as possible.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Am using this company for a subsidence…
Am using this company for a subsidence claim via Aviva which started 11August.So far they have constantly fobbed me off by not responding to emails and delaying the response times from 2 to so far 17 days.I have no choice but to use them but am not happy so far as their customer service is awful.I need an engineer/surveyor to visit as sent them the report 3 weeks ago .

Respectful of property
The two men (Craig and Liam) that came to do a geotechnical visit today were brilliant. They were polite, explained what they would do. When they had finished, everything was put back as before, there was no sign that they had been digging holes.
