Cody and Callum arrived on time, were friendly and polite and explained what they were going to do on their visit.
They both got stuck into digging the test holes, taking the samples they needed and answering some of my questions. Once finished they left no mess and my wife commented "you wouldn't know they've been".
A credit to the company!

Appointment arranged convenient to me. Text received informing me that the engineer was on his way.
Matthew Rooke was the engineer. Canny lad, explained what he was doing and where he needed access to. Everything cleared away and put back as he found it. Outlined what he had found. Very pleased with the service.

Josh and Ash arrived first thing in the morning today. They were polite and introduced themselves and told me what they were going to do on their visit and how long their work would take them to complete. I made them both a drink and they got to work. Very clean and tidy workers. Had to do a lot of drilling and digging and made good all the different surfaces once finished; so much so, you would have not known they had dug up concrete as one of their tasks. The surface was as perfect as it was before they started to dig! Very happy with the work - the guys were impressive. They took 2 hours to carry out the job. They said goodbye and that they were satisfied with the tests they had set out to do.

Excellent thorough service from the 2 guys who came. Clear explanation of the work being undertook and both very professional throughout the job.

Polite and informative

Allan and James did a great job. Explained everything they had to do and what the job entailed. Post job, they talked us through what they had found, cleaned up and left everything tidy.

Rob arrived early, was friendly and took interest in what he was doing. Good to chat too.

Alex and Luke (job no. 132310) were very friendly and professional. Their communication was particularly good so I always felt I knew what was happening and I could plan my day accordingly. They also worked really tidily so there was minimum disruption to the building.

Punctual. Very informative as regards the process. Explained what will happen next and timescales. Left my property tidy.

Josh and Ash arrived on time/ early, explained what they would be doing, got on with the job swiftly in pouring rain, gave us chance to see what they had done and were careful and polite.

Marcus visited our property to do a drain survey this morning (Job Number 104841). He was so polite from the outset, clearly explaining what he needed to do and then ‘got on with it’. Afterwards he clearly explained what he found and what would happen next, who we would hear from when etc. which has been invaluable.

Bill and Ben were thoroughly professional, explained exactly what was going to happen, did their work efficiently and tidied up afterwards.
