Alex Bull and Luke Curtis had two trips to our property and both times they were excellent. Explained clearly what they were going to do and how long it would take, made sure that I came out to take photos of their work, and ran through what would happen next. And lovely guys to have in the house.

Marcus visited to carry out a drains survey. Very knowledgeable and friendly guy.

Faz and Joel were excellent. However, it was clear that they were given incorrect instructions. Soil samples were taken from the rear of my property. The affected area is the front of my property. Faz and Joel are not permitted to deviate from the instructions, even though they agreed that they were taking soil samples from the wrong area. It’s very disappointing and frustrating that they are not trusted to use their experience and common sense. I believe that another visit will be required to obtain soil samples from the affected area.
