Hi Hazel, we are very sorry to hear you had some issues with the delivery, we use Evri to deliver all of our parcels and unfortunately we have no control over how individual driver delivers the parcel. We will definitely raise this issue with Evri. Normally we would arrange a replacement right away if we are made aware of the issue and this is the first time we heard about this. We will send out another one immediately and we are sorry again for the inconvenience.

Disappointed however good customer service
Disappointed with how long it takes to heat up 5oz. To get it to 37 degrees it takes 15 mins and to get it to 45 it takes about 25 mins. I also feel that it’s still cold at 37 as I can feel the milk on my skin.
I sent them a message and they replied straight away with information and offered a return and refund.

Great product and great service
The product itself is fantastic, makes my life so much easier both at home and on the go. I havent found any other product in the market that was so versatile with any brands or truly portable at that price point. Furthermore, I went back to buy a second plus some additional adapters and Sam in customer service was phenomenal. Answered all my questions and found solutions when I had to make changes in my order.. highly recommend to anyone bottle feeding and baby likes warmed up milk!

I've been looking for a good bottle…
I've been looking for a good bottle warmer for a very long time, did a thorough research, read reviews etc but did not find the one that would tick all my boxes until I came across Inoby bottle warmer. I was happy that it warms up a milk itself not only the water to mixup with formula and that it's portable and when you are out with a baby can be used without plug-in. It heats up milk quickly, it's easy to use and looks very trendy. Totally agree with previous reviews mentioning great customer service. I can't praise them enough. I placed my order in the afternoon and received it the very next day. After few weeks of using it my toddler played with it and lost crucial part, when I contacted company they have sent missing part within 2 days free of charge.
Highly recommend. Thank you Inoby! Your great product and excellent customer service will guarantee your success. This is the way to go!

The blender's strength isn't good at…
The blender's strength isn't good at all; very stiff to turn on, and the battery life is totally Apperley. This is a complete mess, My wife has waited for this machine, but turns out failure.
Am looking towards returning it.

Hi Onoriode, we are so sorry to hear the blender didn't meet your expectation. The portable blender is designed for babies in their early weaning journey and with portability in mind, hence the strength might not be as strong as a plug in blender.
In case of faulty product or any dissatisfaction, we always remediate it by either providing a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, as this is the first time we were notified about this, we couldn't send you a free return label to return it back to us for a full refund.
We will send over a free return label right away. Again, we would like to apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Honestly the products are excellent but…
Honestly the products are excellent but we ordered beige rainbows and green food bowls/utensils and instead received pink and plum. Luckily he's a baby and couldn't care less and neither do we, so they will be used regardless. My main gripe is that the order was wrong.

I love Inoby
I love Inoby! Customer service is fantastic. Within about an hour of placing my order online I had an email to say that unfortunately one of the items was unavailable in the colour I'd ordered so could they swap it. It was no problem for me at all and at the time I replied I also asked if they happened to have a baby plate without the separation bits (I had not seen one on the website but thought I'd chance my luck) and low and behold they did! Apparently they are new and were in the process of updating the website so they swapped it out on my order free of charge.
I've been using the weaning set for a week now and absolutely love it. The colour , the quality. Just fantastic. Thank you Inoby.
