The Inoby bottle Warmer is such a lifesaver, It is so compact and fast. Warms the bottle to 37C without hotspot. My partner put the mam adapter in the steam steriliser in error and it melted. I was devastated and I emailed them to purchase a new adapter, they were so kind to send me a new one free of charge.

Rubbish
I bought a portable bottle warmer from INOBY and it is rubbish! It runs out of battery faster than it can warm one bottle and it doesn't charge anymore than 60%. It gets to 45° and the milk is still freezing cold. Not worth it and a waste of money.

Outstanding product and customer service but flawed adaptor
Outstanding product and customer service! This is the best warmer on the market as far as I’m concerned. Most others require water as a conduit for heating. An extra step that can slow things down in a rush with a fussy baby. With the Inoby warmer it’s a simple twist and a couple button clicks and in a few minutes you have warm milk. Very portable and easy to charge. We actually bought two so one is always charged, ready, and nearby whether downstairs or up stairs where the baby sleeps, or for when we’re on the go.
Customer service is extremely responsive and helped us resolve a couple issues with the adaptors. All in all, a great experience with this warmer
UPDATE: Sorry, I had to update this review. The warmers work wonderfully but the adaptors break very easily, rendering the devise useless. At least for the MAM adapter. I bought two units, because I liked the warmer so much. But after at least 6 broken adapters, my wife and I finally gave up on the inoby warmer and went with a competitor that doesn't warm quite as well but doesn't rely on the adapter system that prone to breakage. The customer service was great, as I mentioned. They replaced each adaptor without hassle or charge. But in the end, at least the MAM adaptor is flawed in that it will break with regular usage.

Suitable & Practical.
We have been looking for a suitable mobile bottle warmer, and after reading reviews chose this one. At the time they were out of stock, after a little wait they became available so we placed an order, it was dispatched the very next day.
Yet to use in action as baby not due till end of April.

Excellent quality products
Excellent quality products, delivered quickly. The bottle warmer has been perfect for EBM when travelling. Also love all the silicone weaning sets, very soft on gums and everything you need to get started.

The delivery of my order is very late…
The delivery of my order is very late in fact it has not arrive until now 5th of December although its not your fault but due to the courier that you chose having strikes, its making deliveries delayed. It would be best to choose other couriers for your other orders to avoid hassle on following up from your costumers.

Hi Cristine, we are so sorry about the delay, whilst we tried to use some other courier as much as possible during the Royal Mail strikes, there are certain situations where we had to use Royal Mail, especially when other couriers also got overwhelmed when they received all the extra orders.
We will continue to try our best to deliver the items as fast as possible during the busy festive period and further strikes, even though there are many factors that are out of our control.

What a brilliant product
What a brilliant product, relieves any stress when you’re out with your baby and you need to warm their bottle. We was desperate for a solution after visiting various coffee shops and them not giving hot water and this is perfect. Purchased in the Black Friday sale and received within 2 working days even on standard delivery. Highly recommended
