DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER! Return process is not working! You will regret ordering from them. Quality of the item was not good, so had to send it back but it is complete silence from their end despite multiple emails.

Can I call it a scam if a refund can not be done after 10 months?
I have been waiting for the refund of my purchase to be made since 10 months ago. All they do is to apologise and say that they are doing the best to make a refund... It is like talking to the wall cold and fake. DO NOT BUY from them. The quality of cloths are poor and this was why I returned every single item.

Really recommend touche prive for all i know
Well the website has a big collection that suits all kind of shape bodies, fabrics are very good, quality & the finishing are great, the prices are very well and reasonable, shipping is fast, but they have an issue with the company who collect the returned clothes, but in the mean time they refund you the amount without doubt even before collecting the returned items, also they are easy to reach and contact you back quickly.
I really like touche prive due to all what i mentioned above and i will always order from them.

I am happy that Touché has return…
I am happy that Touché has return service from USA. I was worried at the first my return, because Touché return system didn’t give me any receipt or barcode etc when I delivered my purchase to delivery station. I just wrote my name and return number that they sent it to me on a blank paper, and put inside of the package, but they sent my money back my in a week.
At the second time, it takes almost ten days to get money back, but that’s OK.

Je mets une étoile parce que c'est obligé mais je n'en mettrais aucune! Déplorable de la livraison à la réception. Colis envoyé sans facture donc bloqué à la douane pendant des semaines, livraison en point relais et non à l'adresse indiquée. Articles reçus non conformes : veste avec plein de taches, des accrocs, un autre totalement différent du site (couleur et matière différentes). Le service client qui répond que les couleurs sont différentes à cause de la lumière... bref retour à ma charge alors qu'il s'agit de leur erreur. A FUIR

I placed an order 10 days ago. This still needs to be shipped. I am now starting to strongly believe that this is a fake website. I sent them an email but I probably won't get a response. My advice is not to order from Touche.

Horrible website. I never write reviews but honestly it's a scam. the items look nothing like the photos AND returns are NOT free even though it is explicitly mentioned on their website. Save your money. They dont respond to emails either.
