Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service. Had an issue with a PSU being incompatible with another one I already had fitted, and even though there was nothing physically wrong with the component Intelligent Servers proactively replaced it without any fuss at all. Very happy with their service.

Compatibility issues can be frustrating, even when the hardware itself is fine. In this case, it made sense to swap it out and keep things moving rather than leave you stuck.
