I got advised flowers were in there way but not that they had been delivered.

Happy with service, but requested PASTEL colours specifically. Don't consider red roses pastel coloured flowers.

Birthday surprise
My friend who I gifted the surprise to for her birthday was very surprised and happy to receive it. She said the flowers were lovely and the addition of the chockies and hand cream made it even more special.

Hello Terri, You ordered the simply seasonal bouquet which is to value not the number of flowers in the bouquet. The photo on the website is just an indication of the different types of seasonal flowers available. This is covered in the description when ordering. We are sorry you were not happy.
Lovely flowers when the arrived
Lovely flowers when the arrived, but I had ordered them for my mother's birthday and they arrived a day late despite paying the premium price. It was a really disappointing service, chocolates were offered as an apology but my mother doesn't eat them. For reliability i Would look to other companies in the future
