Hello Lisa, we did not receive an email from you regarding this. We only have an email changing a cellphone number. Sometimes the florist has no 'seriously good' chocolates in stock so they will substitute the brand. If they are not to the same value, then the difference is put into the bouquet. We are sorry that you were not informed of this as normally the florist would communicate with us and we would notify you. We apologise for this.

What a fantastic experience! I ordered 3 weeks prior to the date i needed the flowers delivered and I was worried they might get forgotten but i received an email on the day and they were delivered no problem! Such an awesome service, will definitely use again :)

Update... after writing review got a video call and shown the arrangement of flowers and was not what I expected it was absolutely gorgeous .
