I bought 2 tickets but the timeout expired. I then bought 2 more to find the original 2 were charged to my account which made 4. After pointing this out to Ticketmaster they returned my money. So not only happy I'm going to the event but also my money has been returned...well done

Great to get reminders for the event, especially when we purchased tickets ages ago!

The concert was great. Easy to book tickets on app, love that I could check my view if stage when booking really helped pick my seats. I got good reminders from Ticketmaster

Such an amazing time, sound was a littl off but the experience was still well worth it.

I found the show interesting not really knowing what to expect. I thought the script was repetitive, music was ok but at times over powered the cast. Diction was not clear in the songs therefore the words were not heard. The venue was great and it is always a delight to attend the civic.

Ticketmaster did very well.
It was just the show that didn't thrill me much. I have such wonderful memories of the last time I saw JCS many years ago
at the Aotea Centre and last night's show wasn't a patch on that one.

The artists & venue were great. The only issue was the scanners for checkn in didnt acceopt the QR code I’d saved in my apple wallet so had to go back downstairs to get a ticket manually printed out.

Wonderful night at an outstanding show. Great venue easy to access.. ticketing and staff just the best. Highly recommend.

I tried to book a concert, no luck, confusing website, email to email address not delivered, called customer service, very difficult to hear and understand their representative. Then booked online specific seats, after paying by credit card they seemed to have disappeared. Have had no trouble previously although seemed a lot of hoops to go through. Would be very difficult for no computer literate people.

Bought two tickets, my daughter relocated so I asked for a refund as we had the insurance. It was a nightmare trying to get it refunded. Eventually they refunded one, leaving me to go alone, which is no good as I'm old and disabled, and needed her. But they refunded one ticket, after months of emailing and hassle. Then, the afternoon of the show, I got a text saying it was cancelled and I'd get a refund.... I won't hold my breath! Whole customer service is a nightmare, unhelpful and uncaring. And it was cancelled anyway. Sigh

Interesting that Ticketmaster hasn't yet clocked that Lily Allen did not perform on the 21 Oct at Spark Arena due to illness, so whilst I was disappointed that I didn't get to see the show, the feedback is related to the fact that the staff at Ticketmaster are unable to step away from automated emails and communicate with their customers on a more personal level.

Music was great from around the 3rd song in. Asking us to howl at the wolf picture each time it appeared in the background I thought was pretty childish. We are there for the music. Musicians were good. Not sure if it was the saxophone they had or the mixing of the music but it sounded a bit off in a lot of the songs. Wrong saxophone. Needed a higher sounding one.
Ticket prices were good.

Would loved to have gone.
Auckland concert was cancelled on the day as my family of 4 were boarding our flight from Christchurch to Auckland.
Expensive night away, no concert.

Good communication. Good helpful event information.

great stadium, great atmosphere. easy to get through the door.
