Easy to select tickets and navigate the website. A great show!

Terrible website and communications. No phone number, the chat doesnt work properly and spent an hour simply trying to talk to a human.
Their 'Update Your Phone Number'finction requires you to have your old number...in what planet dies this make sense? If you're updating your number it's because you lost the old phone or it was stolen. So the auto code goes to potentially the theif who took your phone and now your tickets.

The premium lounge experience was a huge waste of money
No one at venue knew where it was, we eventually found it after being sent on a wild goose chase, ridiculous
Inside, food wasnt ready, very limited options available and some not suitable as canapés as it was too messy to eat without plate and cutlery
Drinks and service from bar was ok though
I regret buying these tickets and wished I had gone to the Spark Lounge for what is always a good place to eat and drink
Would never pay that money again for Premium lounge as there really was nothing Premium about it!!

Easy to book and also easy to show tickets for admission to event.

Greg was just so funny. Laughed my guts out! Barry was awesome too. Two great acts! Would certainly love to see these two guys again. Awesome entertainment!

Booking the tickets was seamless and there wasn't much delay getting in to One NZ Stadium. It was very good!

Laughed so much my cheeks hurt! Greg Davies is even funnier than on TV. The way he circles back to different parts of his story is genius!

Easy to get tickets and use of mobile ticket

The couple in the seats in front of me held their phones up for most of the concert videoing the concert. I complained to one of the Venue Wellington attendants who one time only asked them to stop but they continued after she left. Watching the concert through somebodies Iphone was not much fun.

Booking process okay
Location a but disappointed we were in row L5 and L6. Speaker in the road in stage snd thought we would be in the row a bit more as the row started at L3. Which was a but if a shame.

The purchase and scanning of tickets was very easy and we had no problems at all.

Easy & efficient service to book tickets, plus regular updates/reminders provided in a timely manner.

The whole experience was absolutely amazing, I loved the show so much. Easy location, plenty of parking, amazing location for the ABBA show, the lights in the show was really cool, I would have liked to more of the words up on the screen to be able sing along for the whole show. Plus good prices for the tickets.

Really disappointing experience. We booked seats K14 and K15, but due to a double booking, we were moved all the way back to V11 and V12. The view was significantly worse than what we had paid for. It’s frustrating that we had to deal with the consequences of their booking mistake. Definitely not the experience we expected from Ticketmaster.

Great show, Funny and enjoyed seeing Fletch Vaughan and Hayley live.
