Easy entry, great sound mix, easy to see the stage & screens from half way back, good variety of food outlets.
However, toilet facilities & set was a complete disgrace!!
There was only one small area for toilets to the right of the stage, past concerts at Berry also had toulets located to the rear.
The mens toilet fencing set up created porential crush zones with large crowds surging in & out against each other.
We had to physically move these fences to one side ourselves for obvious duty of care reasons for our fellow patrons.
The men & women portaloos were filthy, plumbing blocked with human waiste & soiled paper covering the floors
No one was at hand to clean these.
For price of exoensive tickets, Red Hot Summer oeganisers need to do much better!!

Don Mclean was an embarrassment. Surely someone listened to his signing. Off key out of tune. Total disaster.

It was very easy to book tickets online for Kitty F through Ticketmaster and to retrieve the tickets for the show.

Easy to navigate site. Picked a good seat @ a reasonable price. Transferred ticket to wallet for presentation at theatre.

Dislike- the 45 min wait in the sun to get in. Line was 3.5 x around the block.
No designated bus parking or pick up.
No one funneling us into the buses at the end of the night. We had to follow a bus down the road to determine where to get picked up from.
Needed more traffic control. Berry is a grid of streets with one main road. Help all roads close to get out & buses in.
We paid $250 each for grandstand seats. Which apparently make a great spot for smokers & vapers. Need security around the back to move them away. Large group of people in front of us were also vaping and never got reminded to move to allocated area.

Likes- except Men at Work, music was amazing.
Plenty of food venues.
Plenty of drinks queues.
Shout out to the lady who maintained Grandstand toilets. She went above and beyond.

Your customer service model does not exist by not providing someone to talk to is removing the voice of the customer leaving them exposed and frustrated and allows your staff to hide from their responsibilities! The time delays I endured were outrageous and very stressful

Tickets easy to load onto phone and easy to use. Excellent communication about event and could not fault the amount of information

Was difficult to purchase value-added tickets as only certain seats in the Hill Stand could be added to cart. Could not download barcode to use at the value-added food/drink outlets. Unable to open Ticketmaster App to find value-added ticket barcode. Had to go to Flemington racecourse ticketing and members desk to get a paper barcode and ticket. Outlets could not tell you how much was left on ticket to use. Hopeless! Won’t ever buy this ticket again.

I enjoyed the rugby games. HBF Smaller venue was suitable rather than Optus. Food and beverage offerings were good too.

All information provided by Ticketmaster said the show started at 6 when in actuality it started at 7 (I only found that out once I got to the venue). I took annual leave because I wouldn't have got there in time for 6, but I would've for 7, and if I had known this I could've saved my leave for an actual holiday. Instead I arrived with an hour to kill and a wasted use of annual leave. You had all the information, next time tell your patrons.

Well organised event! Lots of bars and food vendors, tickets were managed well and easy entry

There was not enough gates to let you in before the show started. We arrived at 12.00pm and missed the first act. There also was too many people this year with not enough facilities and everyone jammed in on top of each other. Would be better if there was a broader mix of bands. We ended up leaving early as not enough shade and shaded areas were clogged up with smokers not using the designated areas. We’ve been for many years and this was the first we didn’t enjoy. Perhaps do a poll with attendees on what bands to include as pretty consistent feedback that some were very average.

After arriving the gate at 12.30 it took 1 hour to get through the gate. Missed the first act. Not happy

Well put together and greatly organized

When we arrived off the bus we had a 45 minute walk in the hot sun as the queue went around four blocks. There were many other gates that could’ve been opened and used to enable people to gain access to the event, so having only one open for about 10,000 people was totally inadequate.
When we arrived, the Bus Driver told us that we would be picked up at 9:30 pm at the main gate to get the bus to Gerringong. When the event finished.and as we left there were no buses at the main gate,and someone told us to go to Albany Street. We went around there with thousands of other people, everyone trying to herd onto buses as they arrived and it was just a complete chaos.
The bus drivers were saying how terribly organised it was and how there should’ve been different gates for different buses to different towns and suburbs. And it should’ve been on the website where we were to catch these buses, not wandering around in the dark trying to find how we were going to get home among 20,000 people..

Easy transaction, no stresses

Did not appreciate the support act. I was unaware there was a support act and would have preferred just to see Greg Davies. Just annoying when you pay so much and feel taken advantage of. It’s misleading and unethical.
