The VIP Platinum venue at Sandstone Point Hotel room is suited for banquets/weddings. The room is NOT suitable for $400 VIP tickets at Concerts. Restricted to NO viewing due to room configuration. Staff/Management have a communication breakdown when dealing with Patrons concerns.

All the concierge staff were extremely helpful, caring & nothing was a problem. They made our visit so much more stress free & happy.

The queue to get in at Sandstone Point was ridiculous, weaving endlessly around the paddock. When not allowed to take food, think you should be able to purchase snacks, crisps, chocolates, lollies, charcuterie platters etc. We purchased a hamper for $118 which is not enough food for the entire show time. Also only allowing low chairs is not really convenient for everyone, as a 74 year old, getting in and out of a low chair is not always easy.

Re ticketmaster I didn't like the time it took to receive my extra ticket. It was an overnight wait. I lost sleep worrying that I may not receive the ticket for the show. Tickets should be instantly issued when purchased in this day and age. Otherwise all good.

The venue for don mclean was changed from win entertainment centre to anitas theatre. No problem. My original tickets were in C row in the concourse at win. I was allocated row kk at anitas in the upper stalls, second last row. I couldnt see don mclean at all. I had purchased my tickets as soon as they came on sale as i am a big fan. The seats i ended up with could have been purchased at the door. I was extremely disappointed with my experience, i often attend anitas theatre but would never purchase seats in this area as i cant see that well. I was too upset to raise any grievance with staff and know that alternate better seats would not have been available as the place was full. My night was ruined.

The line up was great , perfect position , but a few issues seating was a huge issue we could not bring in chairs or blanket . But let others in highly unfair… considering we sat in a slopes hill . No food allowed but being a Celiac very hard again …

We were disappointed with the chairs that were not able to be taken in and yet people who had identical chairs to us were using them in the venue.
If this is a stipulation it needs to be equal across the board not just ad hoc by the staff monitoring this process.

The show was okay (Spamalot @ Sydney Event Centre - Oct 2026). The lighting was a bit off as the spots did not seem to follow the actors properly all the time, but it was enjoyable. The venue however, is another story. The ushers were allowing people to enter late during the entire first half of the show (and also somewhat in the second half) They did not seem to be trying to wait until a lull in the show, but just whenever. Also audience members were using their phones and no one was telling them not to. When I asked the woman next to me to stop sending texts (!) she told me to (expletive) off. So that was nice. I tried to get an usher's attention to ask them to deal with the issue and I was ignored. I think they were too busy letting people walk in front of me for the entire show. I will never attend a show at this venue again.

Great to enjoy an outdoor concert and the acts were all very good. Long queues to access, chairs were confiscated so seating was a problem, our chairs were not as big as others they just folded down more and so got through. Good food and drinks options, but is becoming very commercially focused with lots of restrictions being applied.

Fantastic concert

People were great. Importantly toilets were clean. Weather held out and little rain. It was good. Only complaint would be there exit from the mosh pit. It was a bit tough getting out at certain times when some people were pushing where the exit was small. It would have been good to have a few more exit points especially on the front right side of the stage.

the service at the ticket booth was great and no problems here. I got the ticket via Tixel and ticketmaster did not have the tickets on my login. I have also tried to change my mobile number several times unsuccessfully.

The venue change meant we had significantly worse seats than originally booked with no compensation. Instead of row C we had row U making it difficult to see. Love Anitas theatre but would have booked much better seats.

Easy accessability-less distance to travel so no need for accommidation
Great venue
Be made even better if mire international bands would consider venue (Nickleback, Robbie Williams, Ronan Keating, etc)

It was a brilliant event! Great atmosphere and the setting is perfect.
Only suggestion would be maybe have 5 portaloos for Oasis and some unfried canapés.
Food trucks were great but again a healthier option would go a long way!
