Great selection of frames, friendly helpful staff and transparent pricing

Great service and product.

The Edinburgh Iolla shop was busy when I visited on Tuesday 10th March. There was a bit of a wait to speak to a member of staff, but it was also quite nice not to be pressured by people constantly asking Can I help you. 😀
Cost of specs and choice was what attracted me to Iolla and I will definitely go back.

Excellent selection of glasses made in Scotland. Very competitive pricing. Lovely helpful staff. A pleasure to go to have them fitted. Have had the glasses for two weeks and very happy with them

Fantastic experience all round. The staff are so friendly and helpful, so much so that my 6 year old daughter remarked on the way home that the lady in the shop was so smiley and happy. My glasses were ready within a week - they are amazing quality and so affordable . Will continue to shop here for glasses as long as I need them!

The team in the store were always super welcoming! When I experienced an issue with the fitting of my new glasses Jazmine very kindly investigated this and the team re-ordered my frames free of charge. They even followed up with me at a later date to check this issue was resolved which it has been. Thank you!

Amazing staff and service and beautiful glasses

Excellent service, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Took prescription, measured up and got great glasses 2 weeks later. Due to a high prescription I had to get the very thinned lenses and even then the cost was a third of other places. Great quality frames and the varifocal lenses are the best yet (not the same as being able to read prior to needing them but still better than the previous from an expensive high street brand.) would definitely recommend (and have done!)

Got myself a new pair of varifocals (1st time for these) and some prescription sunglasses. I thought you guys were great through the whole experience. Great range of subtle, retro looking glasses, there shop assistants were really helpful, smart and knowledgeable, and the price was so, so competitive. Who needs a pair of designer frames when you can have a cut down version which looks just as good, if not better. Appreciated the 'return your varifocals if you're struggling with them too, (I'm getting on great with them anyway). Would highly recommend,and have already recommended to a few bespectacled friends!

Really easy to use and my glasses arrived in perfect condition just over a week later. Have used the glasses refresh service previously too. Great service and fab prices!

Summer was brilliant. Very helpful, not pushy, just helped you get to where you wanted to go. I hate shopping, so much appreciated. Great value, great service.

Hurray - now there’s a new Iolla in Richmond. Really good selection of lovely well made frames in a great variety of different styles & colours which are light & well fitting. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I bought 2 pairs of glasses & 1 pair of sunglasses. The value for money is incredible as it includes frame & thin lenses. As my prescription is complicated & I need varifocals it was more than the standard price but I still paid for 3 pairs what it would cost for 1 pair in other contemporary independent glasses stores. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you to James & all the staff.

I had a great experience at IOLLA. The staff were friendly and helpful when it came to choosing my frames. There is a huge selection of styles and colours from different designers all at a very affordable price. Which is a big plus these days of high prices. I am extremely happy with my choice, they are comfortable to wear and stylish. I would definitely recommend IOLLA.

Nice showroom, great selection of frames. I quite literally fond the frames I liked almost immediately, and I am fussy and had tried several other opticians without success. The choice here is varied and unique.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful (both when I ordered and when I collected my glasses).
Glasses were ready when they said they would be. Been wearing them for around 3 week now and I am delighted. The frames and lenses (vari focal and reactlight) were just what I was looking for.
I was told that this is 100% a Scottish Business - what's not to like??
IOLLA get a huge recommendation from me, and thanks for the outstanding service!
