Absolutely shambles, the worst service ever and very low quality and bad fitting clothing. DO NOT USE THEM. NO REFUND AND IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN 😡

Ordered a decorated skull whisky decanter and what turned up was awful quality and nothing like what was advertised- not decorated, plastic lid and ridiculously price for the item! Emailed twice regarding a refund and shocker no response. !!! STAY AWAY !!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

This so called company is clearly fake and are scamming people out of their money. DO NOT BUY!!!

I ordered a two piece, costing £50, which took ages to arrive, and when it did, the quality was awful, it was far too big and looked terrible on. I have been trying to email them with no response. I wish to goodness I had read the reviews first!

I am going to contact Trading standards to see if the website and facebook site can be taken down.

As previous Reviewers have stated ,I wish I'd read the Reviews before I ordered from this Company .I ordered a gift for my son's Birthday on 20/08/26 .The £39.99cost was taken from my Debit Card .The Order was sent out for Delivery by EVRI ,but on the Tracking a "Delivery Exception" appeared on the 27th August. Following umpteen phone calls /e-mails to Evri , it appears my Parcel has been "Returned to Sender".
I have sent Iris & Grayson several e-mails too ,but with NO response from them . I have threatened to contact my Bank to retrieve my Payment & also to post a detrimental Review at their Website - this is it ! Unfortunately their bad Reviews don't seem to bother them .

Dreadful returns method- have requested return method three times with no response to email on website. Rubbish quality- am going to report to Klarna and attempt some redress/ refund that way.

Their returns policy is to keep asking for more info regarding your delivered item in an effort to frustrate you and no refund materialises .
The items are made in China and are poor quality .

Like others I was offered 20% refund and keep the goods as only warehouse/store is in China. Replied stating their website states full refund within 30 days therefore 20% not acceptable. Waiting for response though to be fair I did only send this email on Friday, hope to get a response early this week.

I absolutely agree with all other reviews posted.
Inferior product received and when I asked for a return address I was told that I could send them back to China but they wouldn't be able to credit me as the parcel would most likely not arrive.
Subsequently in another mail I was told I could keep the items(which I clearly did not want) and that I could accept a 20% discount------PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Scammers lost my money.

Sorry guys me again. So please please please DO NOT ORDER.... I tried to get my money back via my bank. No go. Thankfully it was only £50 still not happy but have to suck it up this time. Outfit is now in the local charity shop so hopefully someone gets use out of it. Once bitten twice shy.NEVER AGAIN. the more reviews the better.....

If I could give less than one star I would.
Takes forever to arrive and even when it does the quality is rubbish. The clothes are poorly made and cheap looking and they will fight you for a refund.
Absolutely do not buy from this shop.

absolutely agree with all the customers DO NOT buy from this company cheap fabric didn’t fit tried to offer me discount not to return then provided an address to return which is a sweat shop in china £33 to return item . Think they have blocked me now This should be stopped and they should be shut down appalling lesson learnt !!

I wish I had read the reviews before I had purchased the goods. I couldn’t agree more with what has been written.The clothes are cheap very poorly made. They front their business through a cloned London based shop which appeared legitimate . The items took weeks to be delivered and the returns policy is none existent. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY.

Do NOT buy anything from this company. It’s not based in Ireland. They ship cheap knock offs from China. Their returns policy is a joke. No full refund. Offered a measly 30% which is virtually wiped out by the cost of the return. I would give a zero rating if there was one.

This company (called Iris & Grayson when I ordered from them) is a total rip-off. I waited 3 weeks for my order, and when it finally arrived I was so disappointed with the cheap quality of the fabric and design. Absolutely nothing like it was pictured! It was a shiny polyester fabric, vertical lines and details did not even line up on seams. The 3 pieces I ordered did not have any tags on them and no QR codes or info on how to get refund....as if I ever WOULD get a refund. Admittedly, I saw the ad on Facebook and the clothes looked great; but I'm no fool (HA!) so I googled the website and it looked very professional, and I ordered from the website. It has to be a clone or fake website. I will take these tacky, crappy clothes to a charity shop I suppose, because even if I could work out where to send them back to I'm sure I'd never see a refund...but heed my advice and DO NOT ORDER from them.
I suspect they routinely change their name to reel in other unsuspecting victims of their fraud. Be very aware, and order only from proven turstworthy companies. (note to myself!)

This company advertises showing a shop in London and offering high quality clothing, it is a complete lie. The 30 day money back guarantee is also a lie and trying to get a refund is impossible they refuse to do so. The quality of the clothes is very poor and the fabric horrible and very cheap so nothing like the advertising. They ship from China which is not disclosed as they claim to use Royal Mail exclusively and that explains why it takes so long to arrive. Their returns policy states the customer has to pay for returns but fails to mention this is to China. When you push to return and get a refund you get no where. I was offered 20% of the value of the order. As Long Distance selling is regulated in the UK I pointed this out and asked for a full refund and am now being ghosted. It claims to be a family business it needs to be shut down
