Awful App. Awful website. They take a long time to decide on claims. They also think they know more than my dentist. Very poor service all in. Would not recommend.

It’s ok, possibly should pay a little extra rather than us h ing to pay as really the monthly payment is quite expensive.

App keep freezing, generally useless, another thing I filled up form to visit physio( took me 3 times because app freezes or work incorrectly) and nothing happened.

You should pay out for genuine claims.
The fact that you don't shows shows lack of concern.

Great for settling standard claims but very slow to settle a hospital claim

It was quite good, but the excess payment can be disappointing especially when the premiums go up enormously every year 😔

A Top Class service from a Top Class Company.

I did contact complaints - they refused me on both grounds 1. Ambiguous documentation 2. Failure of Irish Life to comply with the 2025 Central bank code of practice by not giving me an opportunity to change my mind.
I made a withdrawal from my plan, and eventhough my summary documents said there would be no charges, I was charged 3% withdrawal fees. They said the summary document didn't count, it was the contract that counted. They never even called me to say there would be fees. How dishonest. I will be leaving Irish Life as soon as I can and telling everybody I know to have NOTHING to do with them. Customers definitely DO NOT come first with them.
