Hi,

Thank you for your feedback. Following a review of the service records, the $1,200 related to the approved high-pressure jetting and CCTV investigation, which was completed. The $17,000 amount was a separate fixed-price option for further repair work based on the findings. You declined that option, and no additional work proceeded or was charged.

Our technicians are required to investigate the issue, explain their findings and provide clear options before any further work begins.

A quotation is an option—not an obligation. Every customer is free to accept, decline, compare or seek a second opinion, and no work proceeds without approval of both the scope and the price.

We acknowledge that another plumber subsequently cleared the blockage and are pleased the issue has now been resolved. Our review found no evidence of improper conduct by the attending technician, and we stand behind the investigation and service provided.
