This was my first time purchasing from Buddha Stones. As with any new manufacturer, I had to learn which size fits me best. Unfortunately, the size I originally purchased was a little too big for me.
What was most important to me was how the exchange process was handled. I was very pleased with the experience. I was able to communicate easily through email, and the customer service was helpful and responsive.
I’m excited to receive the correct size and see how it fits! I was told it should arrive within 5–7 days, and I’m looking forward to wearing it.
So far, I’m very happy with how Buddha Stones handled my exchange.

Il pacco è arrivato prima del previsto, era imballato bene e risultava con quello che avevo orfinato... Si sente che la qualità è buona e ne vale la pena oer questo tipo di vestiario. Straordinari consiglio tantissimo questo sito per chi vuole vestirsi diverso dal solito!!

Ho acquistato dei capi di abbigliamento sul sito italiano di Buddha Stones, approfittando di una offerta molto vantaggiosa. Conoscevo già questo sito perché in passato mi erano stati regalati dei prodotti che ho apprezzato moltissimo.
Come a volte capita con gli acquisti online purtroppo la mia scelta della taglia non si è rivelata quella corretta, ma contattando il servizio clienti per conoscere le modalità di reso ho ricevuto in breve tempo un'ottima assistenza per risolvere il mio problema e cambiare la taglia dei capi acquistati.
La qualità dei prodotti è ottima, i tempi di spedizione sono stati rispettati e il servizio clienti è rapido ed efficiente nell'aiutare il cliente a risolvere il problema nel miglior modo possibile. Grazie!

Ho necessità di fare un cambio
Ho ricevuto i pezzi ordinati e mi sono piaciuti molto: ottimo materiale e ottima fattura. Solo che la taglia era sbagliata, ho ordinato una taglia troppo grande! Credo che il modo di indicare le taglie sia fuorviante. Comunque mi hanno detto che posso fare un cambio. Vediamo come andrà!!!

L' attesa è lunga ma pazienza. I modelli, solo in foto e non indossati da una modella o un manichino. Quando hanno saputo che non sono rimasta soddisfatta, mi hanno scritto che mi rimborseranno l'abito . Per questo posso dire che sono stati molto seri.

I want to warn others about my experience with Buddha stone company. I ordered three pairs of pants but only received two. The pants I got were of very poor quality fabric, stitching, and fullness all differed significantly from what the website advertised. After contacting them, they offered a 5% discount, which I refused. Then, they agreed to a full refund, but the return address was in China, with a shipping cost of over $300. I never received the third pair, and the company has been extremely difficult to dispute with. They appear to have elaborate methods to avoid liability. Please be cautious if you are considering shopping with them this was a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend it.
