ci dispiace apprendere che i pantaloni non abbiano soddisfatto le Sue aspettative.
Desideriamo precisare che la parte principale dei pantaloni è realizzata in 100% cotone, mentre la fascia in vita è in tessuto Modal per garantire morbidezza ed elasticità.
La consistenza che ha notato potrebbe dipendere dal processo di stampa e tintura utilizzato per ottenere tonalità di colore intense, nonché dalla trama naturale del tessuto in cotone stesso. Ciò può talvolta conferire una sensazione di maggiore rigidità rispetto ai tessuti sintetici o di grammatura più leggera.
Apprezziamo il Suo riscontro sia sul tessuto che sulla realizzazione della fascia in vita e condivideremo le Sue osservazioni con il nostro team di prodotto affinché possano essere valutate.

Prodotti bellissimi, forse la confezione potrebbe essere migliorata in quanto arriva in una scatola, anche carina nel suo, ma all'interno un cartoncino con sopra legata la collana e il braccialetto invece messo lì nella sacchettina senza niente.

The shirt arrived well packed and in perfect condition. High quality material and design with attention to detail. Unfortunately I mistakenly bought a size a bit too large, but I hope to be able to tighten the shirt by moving the button that closes it. The only flaw is the really long delivery time, but for such beautiful items I can wait!

We would like to clarify that the obsidian used in our products is natural stone, not plastic. Natural obsidian can sometimes have a very smooth and glossy surface, which may give a similar appearance, but it is a genuine volcanic glass.

Negozio super fornito per articoli orientali. Io ho acquistato alcuni capi di vestiario. Le camicette sono di taglia perfetta e rispettano gli standard europei. Ho trovato più difficoltà nella scelta delle taglie dei pantaloni che purtroppo sono risultati troppo grandi. Il servizio clienti è gestito da personale preparato e gentilissimo che ha gestito al meglio il reso. Addirittura mi stanno spedendo i nuovi articoli con la taglia corretta senza richiedere i precedenti in cambio! Davvero trattamento top! Consigliatissimo! Unica accortezza fidatevi delle taglia L/XL ETC senza badare al numero europeo corrispondente es.42-44-46 perché queste talvolta traggono in inganno.
Sicuramente farò altri acquisti!
