Unfortunately my order didn’t arrive…
Unfortunately my order didn’t arrive for Christmas. However, the company apologised but I remained sceptical. Today the jewellery arrived and I have to say I am delighted by their quality and the way they have been packed. If only they had arrived in time the star rating would have been 5.

Il prodotto è arrivato nei tempi indicati. Conforme a quanto indicato nel sito. Buon cotone, spesso il giusto ma morbido. Un bel colore rosso come da foto.
Ho avuto una difficoltà perché avevo ordinato una taglia sbagliata (errore mio) e l'assistenza si è subito attiva risolvendo il problema con mia piena soddisfazione.

Prodotti molto validi!
I prodotti sono molto validi ed il rapporto qualità prezzo é a mio parere ottimo.
Riscontrato 2 problematiche sulle spedizioni di cui una non è responsabilità di Buddhastoneshop.
Pagando con PayPal l'ordine é stato inviato all'indirizzo di PayPal.
Mi sono accorto immediatamente dell'errore ma non c'è stato verso di correggerlo. Mi é costato l'intervento di un amico e 45 euro di spedizione all'indirizzo corretto...
L'altro problema é da imputare alla Dogana portoghese, mi ha trattenuto un pacchetto dal 12 di settembre al 21 di ottobre!
Buddhastoneshop é sempre stata molto cordiale e rapida nel rispondere alle mie domande.
Ripeto, a mio avviso i prodotti hanno un'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e sono molto belli!
