Poor quality clothing
The dress I ordered was cheap and nasty.
RIp of company who will scam you and will not give you a refund.
AVOID at all costs.

Dreadful. Should have checked the reviews before buying. 10 days after placing the order, still no sign of it. Contacted customer service, who promise to respond within 24 hours. They did not. When they finally did respond, all they could tell me was my order was on its way. Still no accurate delivery window. I'm not hopeful, and like others, thought i was buying from a UK-based company.

My item took ages to arrive .
I had to purchase something different for an occasion.
When I request return , I was told it would cost over £20 to ship.
I was advised to accept £10 credit online and keep dress ...
Not impressed with the service unfortunately.

Awful experience to date, finally got my order after 22 days. Poor quality , cheap material and not sized correctly.
Now battling for a refund which they want to charge me to send back internationally , which I wasn’t aware when I placed the order.
Would not order again from this store.

Items took weeks to arrive & are of very poor quality. I've been advised on requesting a return that a credit note will be offered, as shipping costs to an international warehouse will cost as much as the purchase cost.
AVOID this seller.

Avoid at all costs. Products are cheaply made in China. Not cheap either and now won’t refund!!

Took 5 weeks for delivery, very small parcel arrived and clothes very tightly packed. Fabric and stitching poor, clothes shapeless. Returns process is shocking and now have to wait over two weeks for a refund, deeply disappointing please don't order from them.

My order took forever to arrive when I recieved my order it was in a poor state , crumpled is not strong enough to discribe what arrived . i tried my item of clothing on there was something very sharpe underneath the arm which left me with a scratch . and there was an hole in the back of the jump suit .

Item did not fit and was of very poor quality.
I am so annoyed with myself for not checking this company on trust pilot as i would deffinatley not havd orderd.like others have mentioned i thought i was ordering from a london based company .

My order took quite a while to arrive, and as other people mentioned didn't think it came from China, thought it was a London based firm.
Very creased on unpacking, folded into a small parcel.

I think the positive reviews must have germ made up as I waited over 3 weeks for delivery after repeated emails assuring on its way. Arrived today and such poor quality nothing like the images. I thought I was buying from a London based company didn’t realise goods were coming from china. Has anyone had any success in refund ?
Hope others read the latest reviews and don’t make the same error and order from here.

Do not buy. I am mad at myself for doing so. It's a scam, the items are not from a 'boutique' in London as advertised. The package came from China, took 3 weeks to arrive and items are hideous. Cheap material small made, just awful. Do t start me on the 'Longchamp' bag. Horrific.

They clearly don't want to give refunds. I'm in a back and forth email chain with nothing getting resolved just offering me 10% and 15 % off to keep the items stating it will be expensive to return to their international warehouse. Total scam. I can't believe I fell for it. And shame on the influencer who promoted them.

Had to wait weeks for the for inferior badly maid clothes when I tried to track the parcel it was coming directly from China . I tried for a refund but was offered 10% when I refused they offered me 20% I only agreed to this when the return address I asked repeatedly for was in China . Haven’t seen any money refunded as of yet (3 weeks) A bogus boutique as reported in Daily Mail

Very disappointed with this company and would never order again. Order placed on 26th April and despite the website saying usually dispatched next working day it was only dispatched on 16th May after I contacted to enquire. Eventually recieved a poor quality bag that is not genuine and have still not recieved the 2nd Item ordered at same time. The website does NOT eflect the quality of the service or items. Best to avoid.

Took a month to deliver from China. Terrible quality, not at all like shown in the video. Initially said the garment was £100 reduced to £35. Absolute con. Costs a fortune to return so left with having a 15% refund. Super disappointed and would not recommend or ever be buying again.

Shipping took nearly 3 weeks (from China). When it arrived they had sent the wrong colour outfit (which was made from cheap horrible materials - not what it was advertised as) and the “Longchamp” bag that i’d ordered was very clearly not Longchamp and instead a cheap and tacky, knock-off I could’ve bought for £5 in Primark!

It has taken me 10 emails and I am still no further forward with useless customer service who informed me that I would have to pay to return the items, despite the company sending me the wrong items!!

This is the worst company ever.
Please do not buy anything from them.

I received my order today after a long wait. The Longchamp bags were just cheap copies and the two leisure suit sets were like nylon and very poor quality. It came very badly packaged. all bundled up in a small grey plastic bag with tons of tape around it. I contacted them straight away to request a refund but was offered a 10% discount and told to keep the items. I refused and told them that I wouldn’t use or wear anything that had been delivered as it was nothing like the items I had ordered and I wanted a refund. They then came back offering a 15% discount. They clearly don’t want to refund you. The items were shipped from China and they have said that you need to return to an international address, China, I presume, and you pay for the postage.
I have been through this with another company and I never did get a refund. I am so annoyed with myself for being caught again but I really thought this was a genuine company. I will update if and when I get a refund. Please beware of companies like this they are not what they seem. The previous company I got caught by was Rosely London and they did exactly the same as this company has. These companies only post the advertisement on instagram for a short while and then it’s gone.

They don’t know where it is and no sign of a refund
After weeks of arguing I finally got a full refund but only when I got my bank involved
