I needed to change my departure date

I needed to change my departure date. It was a fair price offered by the airlines. Response time was good to excellent. There was Technology glitch but they got if fixed for me. Overall They'd get an A grade from me.

Stole 200usd from my credit account!

Stole 200usd from my credit account!

They gave me credit for a cancelled flight (which I did not agree to, and I was entitled to cash refund according to the airline). I wanted cash but they would not reply because they made a mistake and would not take responsibility for it. So I ended up taking the credit instead.

I check my credit account today and found that on the 11th of November, they made 7 transactions and took ALL of the money from my credit account!

DO NOT USE IWOFLY.

For the 7 transactions you claim that we stole your money, as per checking in our system, there is no such record showing 7 orders were placed under the same email address on the 11th of November. It is most likely to be a payment failure where the payment gateway only obtained authorization from issuing bank. Capture never happened which means funds was never moved out of issuing bank. If issuing bank has set the funds aside for further capture, it is up to issuing bank to release the funds after getting the cancellation. If you have not received your money back, please kindly contact the issuing bank.

Never ever go with iWoFly to book any ticket

It had been more than 2 years, I am still waiting to get my money refunded for the tickets those were cancelled by the Airline. Air India confirmed that the money has been fully refunded to the Agent (iWoFly), but iWoFly is not remitting that back to me.

iwofly is a SCAM. i am tired and disappointed

iwofly is defnitely a scam and they do not honor their offers to customers.

1. i first requested to change my booking (for 2 going flight tickets) but they got my request wrong for a refund
2. they then told me that i could change my booking but there will be a fee of USD75 (MYR315).
3. i made the payment of USD75 but they told me that the payment is only for 1 ticket
4. i told them to then cancel my payment and refund me back because they were not honest with me that it wasn't for 2 tickets
5. after MANY MANY emails (in DIFFERENT threads) they told me they could cancel my payment and refund me
6. in another email, they told me they can't refund me
7. it's been 2 weeks and i am still waiting for my refund

i'm not sure what kind of business they are running but they should be very ashamed.

iWofly is a scam.

iWofly is a scam.. Do not try to book any schedule in this site because it will automatically deduct the air tickets price in your debit or credit card but the flight will be cancelled and non-refundable. We are lucky because the bank inform us if we initiated the transaction and we have informed them that we were scammed.

It was not iWofly who deducted your money, but the card-issuing bank. Capture never happened which means funds was never moved out of issuing bank. If issuing bank has set the funds aside for further capture, it is up to issuing bank to release the funds after getting the cancellation. Iwofly is a bad 👎 company they just cancelled my ticket without any reason. The plan is there but I can't go because of them I don't have ticket. Don't book with this theif company.

bonne expérience

J'avais déjà raté une fois le vol, mais je n'ai reçu aucune compensation. Après tout, c'était ma propre erreur.
Mais cette fois, j'ai envoyé un mail au service client pour expliquer la situation et pour regarder est ce que c’est possible d’avoir un peu de remboursement. Je ne m'attendais pas à ce qu'iwofly se batte activement avec la compagnie aérienne, et j'ai finalement obtenu une petite compensation pour moi, je suis très content.

My flight of Air India get cancelled by…

My flight of Air India get cancelled by government due to Covid restrictions. Airline started refunding the money but iWofly refuses to refund money. I have also booked 3 other tickets for same flight from Yatra ticket service and they have already refunded the money.
iWofly is a full scam.

REFUND REQUEST IS 10 MONTHS AND COUNTING

Is there a 0 rating? My flight for April 2020 got cancelled as early as March due to govt travel restrictions. I processed the refund immediately and was told that it usually takes 3 months. I followed up every week until today and still NO RESOLUTION. I followed up with the airline myself and they said that it is up to the travel agent to take action. It has been 10 MONTHS and i have not received the travel fund they promised!!!

Follow up to an earlier post

This is a further follow up to an earlier review I made of iWofly / Debodia International.

It has been over 6 months since they made an error on my flight booking. Their customer service team admitted their mistake and even stated they would refund my costs. Since then and as per other reviewers they have given me the runaround with no updates unless I chase them. Ive even contacted the airline directly who have said the agent has not been in touch regarding my booking.
Nothing but a useless bunch of scammers, I'm going to follow up with IATA to at least report the awful service they provide (although not sure they are even registered with IATA). Likewise with the Kayak looking engine where I found their offer
Please do not give them your hard earned cash!

HEED THIS WARNING! NEVER USE IWOFLY

I have a thread with them of over 50 e-mails with NO RESOLUTION until now. They GASLIGHT you and LIE. They provide conflicting information, they will take back what they previously told you. Even if your airline allows refunds, they won't allow the same. They will LIE, CHEAT, AND STEAL your hard earned money. This is the WORST business I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. STAY AWAY!!!

iwofly is a scam! refuses to process my cash refund. has been giving me the runaround since March 2020.

Airline website clearly states cash refund without penalties is an option

1. Refund your ticket without penalties.
If your flight is not affected by cancellations or travel ban (from July 1, 2020 onwards), you can make voluntary changes to your flight following the new No-Worry Flight Fare Brand. This applies for tickets issued until September 15, 2020.

2 Refund 24 hours before the original flight to avoid no show fee.

After over 15 back and forth of emails, this is their latest response.

Not a Scam

I used Iwofly via Kayak.com to buy my ticket from Bangkok to Paris in March. Because of Covid-19 Kuwait Airways suspended all operation and promised refunds to those who had tickets. I reached out for Iwofly as an agent and was shocked that customer support was unaware of situation and that they communicated in a very poor English. However, after few back and forth emails they confirmed that refund request have sent. I emailed to chase this after a month and when two passed finally they confirmed that refund was successful. After 2 weeks since that confirmation I've got my money back to my account today. So this agent is not a scam, they are just Hong Kong small business with messy customer support. Be patient and carry on chasing them with polite emails and once they get refund from the airline they most likely to refund you.

I am facing same problem as other with IWofly. I bought a ticket from KUL to KTM, flight on 21/3/20. Flight was cancelled as I arrived at airport. Called the customer service number in Hongkong but was diverted to voicemail. Sending email and after few days they replied the flight was ON, just that I don't get to the plane. What An Idiot Company ! I forwarded the notice from airline's website mentioned flight was cancelled due to Covid. Later they telling the same story where airline still not refund to them and all the stupid reason. Keep chasing, then they said I didn't gave instructions for the refund, again stupid reasons. After that I purposely sent an email for the refund request again but no more replied after I've follow up for the refund since mid of last month. AUTHORIZED DEPARTMENT PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THIS KIND OF CHEATING COMPANY.

iWofly is scam, avoid at all cost and make complaint to Chinese and Hongkong Government

I wish there is an option for rating 0 star.

I purchased two airline tickets from iwofly, and later I made a request for full refund due to COVID-19, the flight was cancelled by the airlines as well later.

After more than 60 days, I did not receive the refund. They said they have not yet received the refund from the airlines. I contacted the airlines, and they provided evidence that full refund was completed a couple of weeks ago.

I forwarded iWofly the evidence and requested them to deposit the full amount as soon as possible, but they still maintain that they have not yet received the refund from the airlines. There is no progress so far. Cassie Cheng is one the travel consultants I dealt with.

I was never successful to call their customer support phone, once connected I got the announcement the line is busy, please call back later, and they do not always reply to your email, their online chat is not one-on-one.

In addition to posting your review here, you can make your complaints to both Hongkong and Chinese Government agencies. The following are the links to make complaints:

This line is pretty good in handling issues like this, they will record your complaint and get back to you within 7 business days. Chinese government requires all airlines and booking agent make full ticket refund because of COVID-19 Pandemic.

2. Online

This is a registered company engaging in fraudulent businesses, and eating customers' money, therefore companies like this needs to be reported and taken down.They have operations in Beijing, Chengdu, Hongkong and Madrid.

To summarize, avoid iWofly at all cost, spread the words, post your reviews in social media and tripadvisor and make complaints to Chinese government authorities in Beijing and Hong Kong.
