In August 2024, I instructed Jackson Grundy to list my property - The team were great at getting viewings booked in and we had sold within a month.

We had some issues arise as a result of the age of the property (Built in early 1800s) and this nearly resulted in us losing our buyers. Olivia, Lauren and Georgina were extremely helpful and comforted both the buyer and myself throughout the process.

We finally managed to complete during mid December thanks to Georgina's calm approach as she went above and beyond to keep all parties involved and informed.

Will certainly be using them again in the future 👍

Becky has been absolutely incredible throughout our journey- an outstanding example of what an estate agent should be. I have lived in Northampton since 2014 and moved house 3 times. Each time I have ended up using Jackson Grundy to either buy or sell and I can hands down say they are by far the best estate agents in Northampton. The communication, effort and friendliness is second to none. On this occasion I sold through them and Becky from the Duston branch handled the sale which without her would have been a very stressful process. She went above and beyond for us. When people complain about estate agent fees I can vouch to say Jackson Grundy are worth every penny and would highly recommend for selling your house!

I have recently been using the Mortgage Broker services with Louise. I can honestly say it has been the best experience for a FTB, Louise answered all my questions I had about every single thing professionally and promptly. I felt completely supported throughout the procedure & that everything was in my best interest, rather than theirs.
A shoutout to Alice too, who answered my emails in Louise’s absence & even gave me a call to discuss parts of the mortgage offer on the same day as asking the question.

Myself and my boyfriend are first time buyers, All of Jackson Grundy made the process so much easier! Megan was our mortgage advisor and couldn't have done a better job, she was patient and incredibly helpful so thank you Megan! I had the best and most incredible experience with Jackson Grundy! Becky Toone from the Duston branch was the most friendly, hardworking, and amazing estate agent someone can have !!! She was in charge of our sellers property yet dedicated time and effort to help us and update us when no one would!! She went above and beyond when our own agency refused to do so.
