This was my first time ordering from Jaliza, the experience wasn't great to start. I can say that if there is an issue with your order, Jaliza promptly gets back in contact with you. I can say Jaliza went the extra mile to make me a satisfied customer. I would like to make other purchases but the shipping process is a headache. Jaliza fixed the one issue for me to still not have my wig. Now that isn't on Jaliza, USPS claim they delivered the wig on 05/24, I never received it. Now I had to file a claim with USPS, this has been the most discouraging experience for me.

I received my wig with out an invoice. I have requested a return label for an exchange. I followed the instructions and also called again today. Has anyone had a successful exchange experience?

For my 1st experience purchasing from Jaliza, I was not disappointed. This is by far the best braided wig I have purchased. Great quality and I love how natural & soft the hair feels. I have received so many compliments. 10/10 because I definitely will be ordering more.

I tend to do extensive researches before I purchase my wigs. Suffering from alopecia forces you to want the best so you can look your best. With all the choices out there, I kept being drawn to Jaliza. Customer service was great! Had to reach out to Jaliza to make a change to my order, the response was quick, and courteous and I received my hair shortly after. The hair is beautiful, and the size (small) fits perfectly. I cannot wait to wear my hair on vacation in a couple weeks.

Customer service was very good and responsive. I love the braided curl wig. Nice product. Would definitely purchase from them again.

I was a bit sceptical at first after seeing their ads on instagram but I decided to take a chance and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a fully braided wig but then changed my mind and wanted a boho braid wig, I contacted Jaliza via WhatsApp and because my wig hadn’t been dispatched yet the exchange of style, price adjustment and partial refund was done for me at once. My wig arrived after about 1 week and it was exactly what it said it would be, even with the smaller cap size. I’m very happy.
I would definitely order from them again.

I asked for custom crochet box braids in 18 inches (they had only 24 inches on website) and they were beautiful, exactly as pictured on their website and were delivered timely. I will definitely order from them again! Excellant product and service! 👍🏾

This wig was exactly as pictured I was skeptical at first, but I ordered it and realized it was amazing.i was so happy 😀 Great great texture real human hair no lies told there. I got 36 inches 121.strand natural black boho I will definitely be ordering another one😻

My experience was great due to the awesome customer service, I got a special order for my first purchase with JALIZA and they made it so simple. I didn’t speak to anyone, however every time I sent an email they replied expeditiously.

I purchased this wig and had a special order, I ordered ombre brown, 100 strands with 16”,
It is the HD full lace Boho braided with curls. Did I say “I Love it”, I will definitely be ordering it again. It was so easy to cut the lace and easy to put on, I am a Stroke Survivor, with left sided deficits which mean I can only use my right hand which I did with no problem. I highly recommend this wig and any other one you like, great quality and the absolute best customer service ever. Thank you Customer Service because I had many questions.

First time buying from this company I bought from this company I bought wig that was the popular from views and was not satisfied. I exchanged it for a different color and was very happy afterwards. Jaliza made my shopping experience and helped me with my needs. These wigs are very expensive but the quality you definitely get what you pay for!!!!!! I am very happy with my purchase and I definitely will be buying again.

So far I bought 2 wigs and love them people ask me where I get my hair braided I tell them its a wig they were shocked they ask me whats the name of the website I tell them Jaliza so I will be looking forward to purchasing more wigs.

This is by far the best braided wig unit I’ve ever received. 121 strands and no tangling is amazing!! Definitely want to purchase more and I appreciate the attention to detail that they pay. Also, the staff is very kind. The packaging alone made me feel like I was opening something luxury. Keep up the high-quality work!!

So far,I have ordered the Jalisa tangleless human hair boho knotless box braided wig 79 strands in 36 inches and recently the tangleless hd lace knotless boho box braided wig 99 strands with human baby hairs and I absolutely love them both!! Each time I install them, everyone thinks that I have braided my hair ( which I cannot do due a slight case of alopecia I developed in perimenopause) .. I am bombarded with compliments !!! I usually get them installed professionally.. I have two other braided wigs from Fancivivi but I just love the boho wigs from Jaliza..I planned to purchase hd lace knotless box braided wig in the ombré brown color as I only have my boho wigs in black and need one with color.. Every female should own a Jaliza boho braided wig especially as maintenance is minimal … all that is required is that you separate and detangle the boho curls on mornings after your sleep routine and add conditioner and water or mousse… I have been wearing one which was installed since December 15th 2024 and it is now Jan 11th 2025 and it is still applied.. just a few touch ups with the ebin lace melt or the olive oil wig grip spray on the sides and I am flaunting my wigs daily..Great job Jaliza!! I am a big supporter of your products….

My experience caused me way too much disappointment. First misleading advertising gave impression product was available and would be shipped promptly. I ordered two items, separate orders hours apart November 20,2024. One day later I got a WhatsApp message saying my second order was not available in size large and it would take a long time to make but medium size was available if I wanted it. I said yes I will take the medium.
13 days went by and I didn't receive any of the orders. I promptly requested cancellation of both orders for refund on December 3rd since I had to purchase elsewhere. I got a response saying the Ist order was held up delayed in the post and the 2nd order item was still being made so not even ready for shipping!
Again I requested cancellation of both orders.
I got a response saying for item that has not been shipped yet a refund would be processed.
So another email 1st order shipped but I could return it, however if I decide to keep it I would be offered $30 refund as compensation.
December 6 I finally received 1st order and sent reply email saying since I’m offered $30 refund I will keep it. I still have not used it.
It’s now January 5th and still no refund even after reminding them of their offer December 24th.
As for the 2nd order that I was told they would cancel, well I received notification that order was shipped! I promptly replied asking how and why would they ship long after cancellation request!? I notified them I didn’t have time nor did I want the hassle of dealing with return. I had already disputed the charge with my bank for 2nd order. On December 24 luckily I caught up with the mailman and told him I had to refuse the package.
It’s been such a frustrating experience dealing with this company. They would fire off emails that made no sense sometimes, like the right hand had no clue what the left hand was doing.
I have no clue if the wig is good or not as I have not even removed it from the plastic bag. I very RARELY wear wigs or braids so it’s certainly a waste of my $199. This is however the most inept customer service I’ve experienced in the last decade. I would never shop this brand again ever.

I have purchased a total of six wigs from Jaliza and all of them have been of good quality. Their glueless wigs and pre-cut HD lace wigs are awesome, especially for those who don't want to use glue or wig tape due to alopecia. I would highly recommend their wigs and will be a returning customer.

I bought it for my wife and she really liked it. The first thing she said was how comfortable and lightweight it was!

I am new to wigs, I did my research and read reviews and decided to give Jaliza a try.
I absolutely love the hair quality, and how natural and soft the hair feels. Shipping came before the expected arrival date which was great. For my first experience Jaliza hair did not disappoint, definitely will be ordering more.
