Hi, I recently ordered an item from you for my child. It was a little live pet toy mouse. I had ordered a brown one for my son. This little toy mouse is called Crumbs. My son was so excited to receive the package from you but unfortunately he was disappointed to find a pink toy mouse in the package instead of a brown mouse. The item number in your dispatch note is RX 130 029 836 JP

We ordered a Nintendo GameCube Controller on Amazon.de to Germany.
The package could not be delivered because no one was here and was returned right away to Japan instead of storing it in a parcel shop for collection. We have screenshots from the tracking to proof the return to Japan.
The time we realized that the package did not arrive was too late to start an A-Z guarantee. we contacted the seller on up to now 10 ways including Amazon, Facebook, email and the seller homepage but never received an answer, especially not receiving an refund for this order.
We ordered the item 2 more times and the seller deposited tracking numbers from totally different shipping in other countries (France etc.).
We had to fetch back our money over an A-Z guarantee.
It is unbelievable that this seller is still active on Amazon!
We want to warn everyone who plans to order at this store because it is not trustworthy at all!

Regarding the reply of the company, we have to state as said before, that we did not order on japanzon.com, but on the seller page of "JapaNzon" amazon.de, which is the same company when looking at the imprint address. So the above written issue affects this company very well.

For comparision the seller profile on Amazon can be found with google search of "amazon japanzon" and shows this address in the imprint:

which is exactly the same as shown on the company homepage.

I bought a Nier 2B figure from them and the packaging was by far the best packaging in any store I bought online. It was extremely well wrapped and secured with taping. Their customer service was a little difficult to reach out, but they did reply in the end. The tracking was a little confusing because it took days to show up. The shipping was super fast. The pricing was fair and good compared to other stores. I'm going to keep them as my number 1 to go for any figures I want to buy in the future. Loved my experience!

I bought a figure from this website. It came after 3/4 weeks (I live in the Netherlands), so a little bit later than what I expected (was supposed to be 2/3 weeks), but that was not really a problem for me. It came perfectly packaged and the box was intact. Luckily the figure came in perfect condition, is authentic, isn't broken and the paintjob is perfect. I would recommend this website to everyone :)

Fast and efficient. I bought a puzzle from their website on Tuesday 2pm. It arrived at my door step in Sydney, from Japan, on Friday 3pm. Made it in time for Christmas. The team kept me informed all way through. Would recommend.

Je suis extrêmement ravie de mon expérience avec japanzon. J'ai reçu ma commande dans les temps indiqués (commande passée fin août et reçu fin novembre), elle était très bien emballée ( emballage "sécurisé", pas un simple morceau de scotch qui se défait tout seul). Le service client est à l'écoute et très réactif. J'ai commandé des puzzles Ghibli et ils étaient soucieux de connaître les différents modèles que j'aimerais retrouver sur leur site. Un merci tout particulier à Aurore du service client français qui a été très sympathique et a répondu à toutes mes questions.
Je recommanderai avec plaisir sur Japanzon.

Première commande passée sur Japanzon et j'en suis ravie. Les figurines que j'ai commandés sont arrivés en ayant un emballage de qualité, chose rare de nos jours. Tout a été mis en œuvre pour le recevoir dans les meilleures conditions et c'est vraiment appréciable. Mathieu, le responsable du service client avec qui j'ai échanger sur ma commande a été vraiment très sympathique et a su répondre à mon flux de questions et c'était rassurant d'échanger avec lui. Excellent service! When my shipping method was unavailable due to covid restrictions, Mathieu from Japanzon contacted me to let me know and upgraded my shipping to a different provider at their cost. I received my items very fast and in perfect condition. Next time I need manga I'll definitely be shopping here.

Boutique sérieuse et très professionnelle, n'hésitant pas à avertir si un produit se trouve être en attente de stock et à réaliser par la suite un geste commercial. La plateforme possède un très grands choix de produits, dont des marques qui ne se retrouvent en France, à des prix concurrentiels malgré des frais de port élevés (car importation directe). Le SAV est très accessible.
