We have traveled twice using this company (Croatia, Italy, and Greece), and they exceeded our expectations everyday.

JayWay was just about the best travel arranger I have ever used. They organized a private tour to the Balkans for a friend and me. It was flawless!! Great hotels, guides, drivers, itinerary--everything.

Our trip to Poland and Lithuania was perfect in every way. From the very 1st step when we contacted Jay Way they were with us every moment until we finally came home. I cannot recommend them more highly than I have. Their guides, their drivers, their presence, their hotels, their staff, every single one was exceptional.

We traveled to Croatia. JayWay Travel did a great job with our itinerary. It was very detailed and easy to read and use. It featured wonderful recommendations such as restaurants and additional excursions. The hotels were top notch as well.

We tailored a 20 day trip to Spain and Portugal in Sept/Oct 2025 and have nothing but good things to say about JayWay Travel. Everything was absolutely seamless, and our local representative was very accessible and regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. From planning the trip to implementation, totally outstanding. No matter how many changes we asked to have made, everything was done with immediate answers. We had a vision, JawWay made it work. We additionally had a flight cancellation that caused a four day interruption in our trip. JayWay agents helped us manage this airline disaster.

The JayWay team set up a great trip with different options for hotels, pre-arranged transport for the critical transfers, and wonderful tours included plus many others available; most were small or medium sized- one was just the 2 of us! Elena set up t trip and guided us thru requirements; Georgina, the Italy contact was spot on with suggestions. We'll try JayWay again!

We learned of JayWay Travel from a colleague at work. I saw her beautiful pictures from her trip to Croatia and had to know who her travel company was. After working with Elena to plan a custom trip to Italy, we knew were chose the right travel company! She helped us plan a trip that was just right for us and our entire experience from beginning to end exceeded our expectations!! Our Italy contact, Lorenza, made sure every detail was taken care of every day! She even provided a sweet surprise for us on our anniversary! Each of our accommodations were gorgeous and the daily excursions were so much fun because they use local contacts with immense knowledge of the area. Each tour guide went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. Private transfers, private tours, warm and friendly hosts and continuous support throughout our trip made for a perfect European holiday! We cannot wait to plan our next trip with JayWay Travel!

Jayway provided the best possible Honeymoon I could ever imagine. Everything was perfect from our first contact to the end of our trip. I can't even count how many positive things they did. I would never consider using anyone else.

Our "bucket list" trip was centered around experiencing the official Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany which we supplemented with a tour of World War 2 historical sites of Hitler's Third Reich. JayWay coordinated all the local tour guides, hotels, transportation, and followed up daily to ensure we were maximizing the journey. Unforgettable!

I used them for first time in September for a trip to Rome, Florence, and Venice in Italy with my wife. It was one of the most stress-free and fun vacations I have ever been on. Everyone at JayWay was helpful, responsive, and friendly. The companies and tour guides they also partnered with were all fantastic too. I will continue to use JayWay for any of my future European adventures.

Jayway built us an incredible, once in a lifetime trip! My dad wanted to spend 10 or so days in Italy, with specific cities in mind but very open to the itinerary. He looked at several companies where you spend the whole trip with 20 other people and are set to the items on their schedule but someone suggested Jayway and I'll be forever grateful they did. Jayway built us a custom tour, gave us space to add any events we wanted, let us choose our hotels with their wonderful list of suggested options, all for the same price as the big groups. We had a mix of private and small group tours, airport and train transfers, and we had a local representative who helped with any last minute changes on our end or a tour companies. We had flight delays and they adjusted our airport pick up. We had a tour be delayed and they alerted us the day before and provided us with new information. We were never locked into anything with Jayway and after an initial deposit (that could be broken up between as many people as we wanted), we could pay for the trip at our own leisure and not locked into payment schedules. My dad and I (35) had never been on a trip together and it was so easy to blend our travel styles together with what Jayway set up for us!

So I will be honest and say that we did our trips with Jay way quite awhile ago. But we remember them very fondly and would like to talk about our experiences. I must’ve read something in the paper and I sent an email I think to Jayway and didn’t think anything of it. A short time later I got a phone call from America and being in Australia and having forgotten that I’ve sent that email I thought it was a dodgy call. Anyway, it turned out to be Jay himself ringing so that’s how early it was in the companies formation.. at that point I don’t think he had set travel routes that could be rejigged to suit the customer. It was just that Jay asked me where we had wanted to go and I had a vague idea, only because I’ve been to Croatia on a cruise ship and it just look wonderful to me.. so after a long chat and some helpful advice from him ,he did get back to me after awhile ,and come up with a really good comprehensive tour for us. Obviously there was a bit of tweaking here and there… and I’ll be honest. I really didn’t know how it was going to go…. But we decided to go ahead.. so from being picked up from the airport to being taken to Dubrovnik and walked to our apartment, we met the local contact there.. a lovely girl that gave us all the paperwork and all the information that we could require. So everything seemed fantastic and we had a great time and we had arranged day trips to Montenegro and also Bosnia which we did with a couple of free days at Dubrovnik.. then we had a meeting point to catch a bus to go to split… we had a half day there before getting on the ferry… to be honest, we had to meet the gentleman who had our tickets and we couldn’t find him… and then discovered him at the boat near the door to get on… this was before I had a mobile phone( luckily the girl in Dubrovnik gave us a phone which was very handy on a couple of occasions) so we caught the ferry to Hvar from split.. then we were picked up and taken to our accommodation at the top of the hill with the most amazing view out over the water back towards Croatia. We had organised one day trip with a gentleman and he picked us up out the front and the other days we had free.. then the ferry back to split where we moved to the next suburb along togir I think it was called.. we had an overnight stay there and then we picked up the car that we were hiring.. all organised by Jay.. therein lay the problem for us.. we had never used one of those thingo’s in the car that showed you where to go.. had no idea what to do. It took us ages to leave that little town. Eventually we got there.. but they drive on the different side of the road to us in Australia ,and my husband would drive with one set of wheels on the nature strip and one set of wheels on the road and he just could not fathom it out… not the sharpest tack! Anyway, we did stop at a couple of places for a couple of days and some of them were amazing. Some of them- I was a little bit ill so I didn’t appreciate how beautiful they were.. and when we finally got to lublyana ….. we rang using the mobile phone and organised for the car to be picked up because it was just useless for us… and because he was driving so badly we had a semi flat tire most of the time and solely our fault. So we asked for the car to be picked up and we just got around by ourselves.. but we saw amazing things and had a really good time sometimes a little stressful but mostly 90% of the time was just fantastic.
So the next time we went withJayway - it was a little bit different because a gentleman by the name of Charles looked after us and they pretty much had sort of set tours… but were happy to tweak them to suit us. So we came from Russia to Finland and then caught the ferry over to Estonia…. From Finland to Vilnius was all with Jayway. Some of the travelling was by ferry ,some by bus ,which was outstanding.( first class seats in the bus one seat to each side with your own TV and little fridge with drinks and stuff like that.) other times we had a private driver to take us between cities.. and at each city we had a 3 to 4 hour walking tour with a local guide to familiarise ourselves with the place before we stayed a few extra days.
An absolute highlight of our travelling career.. both of those tours. I can thoroughly recommend this company and I’m sure they just as good as when we used them… why haven’t we use them again?.. for some reason we seem to have got interested in cruising but I would definitely go with them again. Should the opportunity arise!

Without the help of Jayway, we would've never discovered this amazing bike trip!! Highly recommended, and not to be missed if you want to see the countryside in beautiful Croatia.

JayWay has been a great way for us to enjoy independent travel with the assistance of a travel company. We like having great assistance when first planning the trip, having a car arranged to pick us up at airport, knowing that hotels are reputable, having a country host to assist with things during the trip, having transport arrangements made for in country travel, and having it all in one package. We have taken four trips with JayWay and have been pleased with them all.

Hassle free travel with Jayway! Our trip to Sorrento, Capri, and Naples was awesome. The 4 star hotels we chose were in great locations within walking distance of restaurants, site seeing, and shopping. Drivers were on time per out itinerary.

JayWay took all the stress out of planning a trip. They arranged all our connections and lodging and executed it flawlessly. Our in-country contact, Tamera, was always available and very helpful when we had any questions or issues. This was our second trip with JayWay and we will use them again. 5 Stars!!!

Our Experience with JayWay Travel is next level Satisfaction. From the initial planning stage (Ciaran) worked very hard to make sure we had everything we wanted. Our local contact (Adam) was not in Country but was with us every step of the way. Transfer Drivers were amazing but the Father/Son team was exceptional. The guides were great but Linda showed us a personal touch which was very much appreciated. JayWay travel is and always will be our only choice for overseas travel.
