JayWay Travel Reviews

My friend and I had a great experience in our travels to Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam. JayWay provides excellent service end to end. The communication was great through the trip. This is our third trip with them.
The drivers were on time and professional. The hotel choices were very nice and in safe locations with access to excellent dining. Very walkable.

We had such great drivers and tour guides. Great hotels. Everything was taken care of.

I just returned from Amsterdam and France and my vacation was arranged via Jayway travel. I had used Jayway 5 years ago and was so impressed I used them again. Upon contacting Jayway I spoke with Rose who helped plan my trip each and every step of the way.

From the hotels, tours and transportation between places,Jayway travel made my vacation in Europe easy. The tours they arranged were excellent and fun. Jayway arranged drivers, train rides and everything in between. Once the vacation was a few weeks away, I was put in contact with Elena the local Jayway representative in Paris. When we arrived in Paris, Elena met my wife and I at our hotel. Elena had already sent us a gift basket to our hotel in Amsterdam and also brought us some gifts to hand us. In addition I told Elena that my wife wanted to see Notre Dame cathedral and while free it’s a tough ticket to obtain. Elena was a rock star and secured us tickets.

I highly recommend Jayway travel for your vacation planning.

As people who were new to International travel, JayWay's staff was great. We were helped the entire way both before and during the trip. Having local people available was priceless and our consultant before the trip guided us to a dream trip.

You saved us a lot of research time and found some very good experiences that we likely would never have identified or considered. You really made our time spent in Italy more valuable.

JayWay took care of all the heavy lifting so that i was free to enjoy my trip,

We are blown away with the outstanding service of JayWay Travel.
We felt like Lorenza was holding our hands as we wobbled thru the cobblestone streets of Italy.
She was constantly texting us with every detail of
what was coming up next on our agenda.
We will surely use them again. Bravo!

If you want to relax and focus on your travels and truly experience the countries - JayWay is the way to go!!

This is my 5th JayWay trip and I really love the consistency of how they do things along with the staff who guide us along the way. It’s a great way to travel! Melita creates amazing trips and the onsite people watch over you every step of the way so you feel safe and taken care of. The care they all put into their clients and their jobs is top notch!

Jayway empl are extremely responsible and they will take care of you! I would use them again without question!!

We were also very impressed with the quality of their tour partner, Liv Tours. Very professional tours with highly educated, expert gudes.

If you have never visited this part of the world before, we would highly recommend a guided tour with JayWay. This agency has the knowledge, on-the-ground connections and dedication that has made our trip one of our most memorable European tours.

If you're a first-time visitor to Croatia seeking a stress-free adventure, JayWay is the Way! Their experienced team not only guided me through the planning process but also supported me throughout my trip, focusing on what is important during my personalized trip while ensuring I didn't miss out on fun excursions and activities. By eliminating the stress of poor planning and maximizing my enjoyment, JayWay allowed me to fully immerse myself in the beauty of Croatia.

JayWay travel organized my recent holiday to Europe. The organization and communication was seamless and professional. The guides and agents in Europe were excellent and added value to our experiences.
Thank you to Neil in Germany and Krisztina in Hungary - top notch!

Jayway excelled in planning - including where to go and choice of accomodations. I would not have made it to Latvia’s Rundale Palace nor Cesis castle without their input. They also excelled in performance as all guides were informative and made good company - They also contributed to finding traces of my family’s past. having a real time contact was also very helpful (e.g. changing a meeting place at short notice)

The trip was planned to perfection and it’s amazing how much of the world we got to see on one trip. Every little detail was taken care of and even a few surprises along the way. As an example, they got us to a private tour of a farm in Albania where we were fed during the matriarch’s 90th birthday. On Lake Ohrid, a surprise wine tasting and cheese plate for my girlfriend’s birthday. All rooms had a view of a lake or a sea and all of our hosts bent over backwards to impress us as Jayway guests are a top priority. A trip of a lifetime! We Sa’s all of Albania, North Macedonia, and Greece, all by private transfer with nice and interesting guides.

I will not travel internationally without using JayWay travel. They lined everything up for our first trip to Greece. Hotels, ferries, excursions, restaurant recommendations and drivers to get to all the different places were all prearranged. Excellent service!

Let JayWay know your vision for your trip and watch them help you make your dream vacation a seamless and beautiful one! Our Mother Daughter trip to Greece was AMAZING from start to finish!

There are not enough superlatives for me to describe how great our experience was with JayWay. It was our first time using them (and I stumbled on them by accident) and I plan to use them to go anywhere that they go! The transfers were so smooth, the accommodations they selected were fantastic and the guides they set up for us were better and better as the trip went on. The pre-trip planning was great and the person "on the ground" when we got there was such a HUGE help! Bravo JayWay! TY again!

Working with Jayway was great. They made booking this trip of a lifetime stress free. From the accommodations to the transportation and ferries, the tours and all the in between we couldn’t have asked for anything more. They even had a birthday cake sent to our hotel in Naxos for my dad’s birthday. That was such a nice surprise and made his day. The whole experience was really amazing!

Our three-week tour through the historic cities of Central Europe -- Krakow; Prague; Salzburg; Vienna; and Budapest -- can rightly be described as a 'trip of a lifetime', and the JayWay team did an absolutely stellar job in managing our trip every step of the way.
