JayWay Travel Reviews

Details! Details!
A wonderful presentation of the historical politics and families, culture and food that made Italy a fascinating and romantic country.
Our guide was amazing. He shared a depth of knowledge with our group which enhanced my experience beyond my expectations.

Planning our trip was through jayway was the best choice we made. After trying to plan a multi 4 City vacation across the northern Italy area on our own we found ourselves lost with the amount of planning and options available online. We decided to try jayway and it was perfect . Once we explained what we want they devised an itinerary including hotels, transportation services and tours using their network of contacts. The trip was fantastic right down to the finest details

We would recommend JayWay Travel to anyone! We had an amazing experience from start to finish. The initial experience of planning the trip was so easy to navigate. Our trip was full of awesome tours picked by JayWay that exceeded our expectations. We loved our tour in Naxos, Greece especially that provided us with an extremely authentic experience. We had zero issues with planned activities or transfers. Would highly recommend.

Oh my goodness, I can not express how very happy I found JayWay Travel. I am not sure how it happened but it was the best experience I have had. All we had to do is make our International Flights and Elena Rudenko was so helpful prior to our trip. She nailed every hotel and excursion that she had suggested.
Once we were in country I can't say enough good things about Mido Ali Siam. He kept us on track and was so kind to send our ferry tickets to our hotel as well as electronic copies to us. We got to meet him in Athens and it was a complete joy!!

I will definitely use JayWay for my future travel needs. We have planned many trips ourselves and I have to say this was the very best planning experience I have ever had! Thanks JayWay

Jaywsy is the best travel company because they give you so much information and choices. Every city we went to they gave us a list of extra things we could do. They gave us choices of what activities we would do and the exact time and place we would be picked up and what we would see or do. We chose horeback riding, sea kayaking, hiking with a gu I de and a tour of each island. We went to 4 Greek islands by ferry or plane
This company is so organized and the people very helpful. I would recommend them and will use them in the future. The hotels were in the right locations, with views that were outstanding. Loved our trip and si happy I used Jayway Linda Patterson Ga.

Our recent 3 week tour to The Baltics and Finland was excellent. We were 2 couples, well travelled, and quickly discovered that JayWay are outstanding in their planning and execution of first class trips. We highly endorse and recommend JayWay.

I am a repeat traveler with JayWay and could not be happier with their service. They are experts at designing an itinerary that perfectly suits your individual needs and preferences. Whether you are looking for adventurous excursions, cultural experiences, local cuisine, or a little of everything - JayWay can make it happen. Their local representatives are extremely professional and responsive. On my most recent trip to Italy they even handled check-ins and forwarded boarding passes for 2 domestic flights. All accommodations have been thoroughly vetted and there are options to suit any budget. They handle all the details so you can relax and enjoy your trip. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

In May of 2025, my wife and I, along with six of our close friends, embarked on a dream vacation to Italy, visiting Rome, Florence, and Venice. We chose JayWay Travel to help us plan this once-in-a-lifetime journey—and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.

From the very beginning, the JayWay team impressed us. Our trip advisor worked closely with us to design a custom itinerary that not only matched our vision but also stayed within our budget. We were offered a curated selection of exceptional hotels and a range of private excursions and tours that made the planning process both exciting and stress-free.

Upon arrival in Rome, we were greeted by a personal driver who whisked us directly to our hotel—just the first of many thoughtful touches that made us feel truly taken care of. Transfers between cities were just as seamless. JayWay had everything arranged, from hotel pickups to train station drop-offs, allowing us to focus on enjoying our time together rather than worrying about logistics.

The excursions were another highlight. Every tour was private and included skip-the-line access to major attractions like the Colosseum, the Vatican, and several museums. We felt like VIPs every step of the way, avoiding the long lines and crowds that can often make travel stressful.

What truly set JayWay apart, however, was the exceptional support from our local representative. He was always available—no matter the time of day—to answer questions, offer local insights, and provide amazing dining recommendations. His presence gave us peace of mind and added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience.

This trip was unforgettable. Everything was expertly handled, allowing us to relax and fully immerse ourselves in the beauty and culture of Italy. I only wish JayWay Travel operated globally, because I would use them for every international trip going forward. If you're looking for a hassle-free, highly personalized travel experience, look no further than JayWay Travel. They truly deliver excellence every step of the way.

We used Jayway to plan both our trip to Croatia and then to Spain and Portugal. Both trips were customized to our desires. They attended to every detail making the trip a wonderful experience. Accomodations were excellent, recommended tours were special, and the logistics of the trip were perfectly excuted. In a word, they were the BEST.

Absolutely the best, took care of every need, loved their app/guest page, was so useful for planning and using during our trip. I wish JayWay covered more than Europe!

I first used JayWay Travel in 2009 via Skype appointment for a Croatia booking and had a positive experience. JayWay Travel has a most unique method of connecting guests to a Country Host/Expert with a cellphone (early years)and NOW with a Travel eSIM, simply installed on a cellphone. No other company I'm aware of uses this method. BELIEVE me when I say you might think, "no, I won't use this" and then you do.
I just returned from 15 day France: Paris,Marseille, Nice and Lyon with a friend that saw the value of using JayWay Travel. We are both World Travelers and found a balance between tours and exploring on our own. We decided on a CUSTOMIZED trip using our own dates and destinations. Working with our JayWay Travel Advisor who quickly customized our package. It took less thann1 week to review an accept proposal. Then, all set until 30 days prior to hear from the France Expert.
A real Boutique Travel Experience!
We loved everything about our accommodations, tours and driver/guides. No worries about no shows when waiting for driver/guides to pickup at hotels or train stations. We used our provided GUEST PAGE for easy reference to other recommendations. I highly recommend and will HAPPILY use them again. THANK YOU JayWay Travel Team!

I highly recommend JayWay Travel. Their team is excellent, fun, and knowledgeable. Our trip to Croatia and Slovenia was flawless - they provided great itineraries, and guides were fantastic. Not one problem. Our trip was amazing because of them.

we have been using jayway for 3 trips now and we will continue to use them as our travel agency. their services are very comprehensive, reliable, accommodating and prompt. every trip we have taken with them have gone smoothly and stress free. we highly recommend jayway for a stress free and very pleasant experience for your vacations.

I thought the local contact and the representative were excellent in providing a great trip. I do have issue with the people they contract with, one especially. The driver who drove us to the airport in Warsaw gave us an antisemitic rant saying Israel was like the Nazis and it is committing genocide. I finally had to tell him to be quiet. I would not recommend JayWay until they clean up the antisemitism in their corporation.

All accomodations excursions transfers were perfect!

JayWay Travel provided much needed assistance in planning our trip to Poland and they made sure everything went smoothly while we were there. Their recommendations for accommodations, restaurants, tours, and excursions were spot on. They were flexible when we needed to alter some of our plans last minute due to a medical issue. We were able to have a private tour of Poland all the while knowing we were being shepherded by JayWay's knowlegable in country liaison. I will always use JayWay when we visit Europe.

JayWay takes care of all the details of your trip, making travel hassle-free. Plus you get a local contact, who seems like a good friend, and is just a call or message away to assist if anything comes up.

JayWay has planned major trips for us to Croatia (4 of us) and Italy (2 of us.) We let them know, when, places, our interests. we end up with wonderful hotels, excellent tour guides and all the details taken care of for getting around. Finally, a local JayWay agent is assigned to iron out any questions, problems, etc while travelling.

I have used JayWay for 3 trips now. They always deliver! I love having the drivers make the transfers between airport, train and hotel. Saves so much time and so safe for women traveling alone.
The day tours have been fantastic and we have loved the private guides. Makes each trip special and there is no waiting for a large group. Will definitely book again!

I highly recommend JayWay Travel for anyone planning a trip to Europe. April 2025 was the second time I have used JayWay and they didn't disappoint. Their professionalism, attention to detail and expert advice made my travel experience seamless and stress free and I had an unforgettable experience. The personalised web page provided for my itinerary is excellent.
